Insanely long wait times. Today was my 3rd and last visit. 9 minutes in the drive thru for a Biggie Bag and it's probably my fastest yet. These employees just literally do not care. They don't hustle and they don't apologize. These extended waits are just situation normal for them.

Every time go to this place the wait is about 30 minutes to just order. They hold you at the intercom for a long time. The cars are piling out into the highway just to order. And this is everyday alllllllll day. Even came at 11 pm and samething. Ridiculous. It’s been this way for months.

Decided to go inside due to the long line at the drive thru.
This was obviously a mistake.
After waiting ~8 minutes for the single employee at the register to take the order for the only person in front of me, try to figure out her chaos around door dash orders and God knows what else. We placed our order at 5:51pm. The order was two Dave's doubles, one with a frosty.
21 minutes later at 6:12pm and only after what appeared to be a supervisor or manager came to the front to expedite, did we receive our order.
That being said, the burgers were still delicious. The fries, not so much, they tasted like old oil.
I'm afraid I'll be avoiding this location in the future, and if the service I received is anywhere near the norm, I have to advise others to do the same.
(On another note, the inside of the dining area near the sodas was pretty filthy. The walls, decorations, everything, just dirty.)

If you are lucky you might get what you ordered. It's rare that the order is correct. Sometimes you might get more than order but most of the time it's less than you ordered.

Pitiful… I was the only person standing in line at the counter. The 90 year old lady is fantastic at ignoring customers. No greeting, no I’ll be with you in a moment nothing. 15 minutes I stood there. She wandered around, did a couple circles. Never accomplished a single task. The cook was yelling no onions several times and sporadically yelling incoherent sayings or whatever. Never got to order and this place must be DEI hiring from the local insane asylum.
BACON FRIES WAS COLD AND ONLY HAD ONE BACON ON THE FRIES IM CALLING CORPORATE IN THE MORNING
My experience here was great! The girls at both checkout windows were so nice and friendly.

It was my first time ordering at the drive-thru at this location this afternoon, and the two black lady employees working the second or third shift were very rude and no manners at all. To the manager pls do something with your employees, I read a lot of bad reviews regarding your drive thru employees, there are lots of people out there that are happy to to do this job, because your employees are obviously not happy working in this job
Plan on waiting 5 minutes between each order…3 people =15 minutes to place your order. They complete 1 order at a time. Food is good, if you have that kind of time and patience
