Went here to pick up an online order. After eating in the drive thru for around 10 minutes (only one car in front of me) I got the window. Only to be encountered by 3 employees all standing around the drive thru window, seemingly doing nothing. They seemed confused about my order. I only had fries and a 10 piece nugget. Yet they pulled me forward and I had to wait several more minutes for it to come out.

I ordered a 4 for 4 meal. The fries looked like it was from days ago, the burger cold and the nuggets hard. I don't buy fast foods for that reason. I wouldn't give a dog what I received.

Went there today and had a terrible experience with the lady with short blue hair. Right of the bat the girl while taking my order kept laughing and saying things like "I hate this job" over the intercom. She advised me there were no cookies but forgot to add the chicken sandwich to my order. I went to the window and wasn't even greeted then on top of that thats when I realized the chicken sandwich wasn't in my bag I asked her about it and she said she didn't add it and closed the window aggressively as if she was annoyed. If you do not like your job please quit there is people that would be grateful and would have a better attitude towards customers. I went home and the sauce they literally asked which one I wanted was not in the bag and then on top of that the drink were wrong and the food was COLD after waiting in line for 15 minutes. The location is convenient but I will have to start going to other ones to avoid being looked at weird and getting the window slammed in my face after asking a question. There is always a problem with the staff.

They didn't fill my drink up to the top, got a large and I had an inch, from the brim to where it was filled of empty space. When I asked for them to top it off in the drive thru they told me no and said the ice fill line that's half way up the cup was where she was supposed to stop filling.

I've never encountered so many issues during one visit at a fast food restaurant before. Let's begin.
Waited in the drive thru for 14 minutes and it didn't move an inch. Went inside to order as I just needed a quick bite.
People waiting inside, three of us were waiting to order. 10 minutes went by, none of us were able to order as nobody took our order.
While waiting, there were arguments between staff in front of around a dozen customers over an employee apparently taking too many orders which I find rather unprofessional. Got a problem with an employee? Quietly take them aside so customers don't hear you.
I ended up leaving without ordering, and as I was, someone was coming in as they were missing HALF of their order.
Went next door to Dunkin and I ordered and got my food within ten minutes.
Avoid this place like the plague. I'm thankful fast food restaurants have ruined the experience for me based on how they run, the quality of ingredients and pricing, now I only eat it once every few months. I recommend you do the same, it really is poor quality.

Everytume I come here I have to literally wait 10 to 20min to even order.... than after I so get to the window my foods is cold.... absolutely HATE THIS WENDY'S it's just the closest one to my jobb!
