Just what you'd expect

They close at 2am, but we're closed before 1:30am. When told it wasn't 2 yet they just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. This is not the first time for this location.
Reasonable level of customer service and speed of service for 11pm at night. The baked potato, chili, burger were decent. Fries, ok. My chicken patty was absolutely rock hard. I am not even being overly dramatic about it either!!! I would not doubt it if someone told me they found it on the ground and decided to use it instead of cooking a fresh one. I would have waited!!!!

Worst Service ever! Had me waiting for over an hour for a Dave Single Combo. Food was stone cold!!! If your looking for Wendy’s don’t go to this location
Slow slow slow slow and slow!!!!! It ridiculous no matter what time of day you go to this particular Wendy's location you will be waiting a long time. Its no point in using the mobile app to order ahead. You would think they are actually cooking food how long it takes!!! Fast food is just simply warming precooked food items

This store was very clean & quiet. My food was made correctly & my fries were HOT!! I believe the manager's name was Desiree (I think). GREAT JOB!!!

I’ve rarely experienced such disrespect while simply ordering food. The elderly lady at the register was shockingly rude. Her attempts at humor came off as condescending, treating customers like they’re clueless. She’s truly a black mark on the team. If your staff includes someone with that kind of attitude, maybe they shouldn’t be the first point of contact at the register.

I've come here for breakfast and the service was awesome. I really enjoyed the little old lady that help me at the window. But coming here for lunch is a different situation. It's like nobody working here reads or cares about the customer. I use the mobile app because I figure you can't get it wrong if my order in the app. But I was wrong. I had no sauce for my nuggets, no ketchup for the fries, and my sandwich was missing the bacon.

I went there a few months ago and I must say I have never been so insulted in my life. Firstly, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my drive-through order. I pulled up to the window to Pay for my meal and I have never been so insulted and disappointed by this girl’s behavior. For context, I was wearing my scrubs. I had just gotten off work. I handed this young lady my debit card and she looked at it and said Word for Word. “Mhm Looking at this card I bet you there’s no money on it, especially with you wearing scrubs” Like excuse me, you have got to be kidding me! She said this in front of her boss, who was too busy, stuffing her mouth of food. If I hadn’t just worked a 12 hour shift, I would’ve walked inside and handled her myself. She shoved me a card and receipt into my car and slammed the window. I have not been back since

Do not go to this Wendy’s “after hours”. Set in line for ten minutes waiting on someone to take our order. Sat in line another 15 minutes. Never made it to the window. Not sure if they only have one person working or what but definitely not fast food.

One star because the food was made fresh but the service is terrible especially when we were in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. The girl with the red hair, eyebrows, and facial piercings has the nastiest attitude. Every time my mom asked for something she rolled her eyes after giving it to her. Fire her since she doesn’t want to be there. We were the only ones in line so it’s not like they were in a rush. The one person that was behind us, left because they were taking so long. We see why y’all don’t have customers.
