Garbage management. Sit in drive thru for several minutes without being acknowledged. I then park to go inside and order and met with, what I’m assuming the manager, who says their system is down and it’s been down for most of the morning. I asked if a sign could be put up so that people could know there is an issue to which she responded with, “my store and district manager got mad at me for doing that a time before so I can’t do that.” I then said that wasn’t right for people to waste their time coming in or sitting at the drive thru being ignored to which she went off and told me to give her suggestions of what to do then and that she isn’t just going to give away free food. Not once did I say anything about free food. Crappy customer service by that manager.

Louise was very rude..her tone was as if she was just disgusted that we wanted food. They werent busy so its not like she was stressed or anything. Its becoming the regular around here anymore, people are just so rude and this lady is one of them...for sure!

6 Workers on staff and everybody moves like molasses. You got 1 car in drive through and 1 door dash with 1 pickup order being made while 5 guests at the counter are being ignored. Thats because one door dash order and a pickup require everybody's attention and only one lady is on taking orders/bagging. Im sick of lines of people waiting for someone who ISNT EVEN HERE to get their food made when they dont even show up before everyone at the counter finally gets to order. Been in Charleston working for a month and this Wendy's is on the no go list of places to get a quick bite at.
Terrible experience. The girl at the drive-thru had to be told three times that I wanted my burger plain. It took over 30 minutes, and there were only two cars ahead of me. I asked to upsize my drink, but instead of just charging the difference, she charged me for a whole new drink. When I brought it up, nothing was done. The manager remade my food, but the burger came out burnt, and they refused to give me a refill on my drink. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Worst wendys ever!!! Did a mobile order and was told to pull up to the door to wait for fries. After 8 other cara drove past my husband went inside and told them what he was waiting on. The man at the counter said ok and started to talk to people behind my husband. The store manager rolled her eyes at him and was trying to argue with him about waiting on product. All the employees were rude and rolling their eyes. Never again will we be back

Food was nice as usual, but I'm not sure what they were doing in there except killing and plucking the chickens live - it was 18:25 and we were waiting so long to get served at the drive thru (we had a mobile order so it didn't take long to give our order), we waited ages to go to the window, only then to be given just our drinks with no straws and to be told to park up front while we wait.
