I went in to pick up my order that was marked ready on my phone. I walked in, everyone was standing together talking and unpacking boxes. No “hello, welcome” “do you have an order?” NOTHING just stared at me. So I said my order and one female in the back yelled out “it’s not ready” no sense of urgency or anything smh. So I waited an additional hour for my order. Why do y’all keep hiring horrible employees and obviously can’t keep any good ones? CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received at this Wingstop location. While I am a loyal Wingstop customer, this experience was unacceptable. My order was incorrect; I requested regular wings, not solely drums, and the piece in photo count as one is ridiculous. This is unsatisfactory. This was the worst Wingstop experience I have ever encountered. However, I did appreciate the cashier's friendly demeanor.

The fries, ranch, and Korean BBQ wings are very good! The only problem I have is the amount of grease that comes with the Garlic Parmesan wings. Several spoonfuls worth at least. This is the second time I have ordered that this has happened.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ignored phone calls for an hour straight. I get there and the workers are on their phones, with people waiting for their orders! The floor was littered with dropped wings and bread crumbs... do not go here no one will answer the phone and the people who are "working" are far more interested in their phones... They're also ready to start a fight with you so be prepared.
Oh and because I said something, mind you I've worked in customer service most of my life, I get grease instead of fries....

Listen I know this is Wingstop and leaving a review probably doesn’t matter.
But it took 45 minutes to get one order when we were the only customers in the store (yes I understand they were turning out online orders including multiple catering orders) but still. 45 minutes to get 10 wings is crazy. Slip in person customers in amongst the online and catering orders.
Then, 45 minutes later, I get my food and get home to discover it’s not correct because I paid extra for all flats and received the regular mixed flats and drums.
Come on now. If it’s gonna take 45 minutes can my order at least be correct.

the worst!!! gave me the wrong order, and they dont answer the phone so i had to call another location just to have them tell me i had to call DoorDash, for doordash to tell me i need to call them! AND THEY STILL DONT ANSWER!! i havent received any refund. wont be ordering delivery again.

This was my first and last visit to Wingstop. The kitchen appeared unsanitary, with line cooks on their phones and even making calls while handling food. My order took nearly 40 minutes to arrive, only to be met with disappointingly small wings—far from what I expected for the price. Definitely not worth it. Save your money!

Food is always on point but the fact that they can’t take orders in the store points to 2 things the franchisee doesn’t trust them because someone there is stealing or they have an inadequate system..had to remind them of my order because it was incomplete use to have great service but now it’s just rude

Last night was my final time ordering from Wingstop. We ordered 30 wings, and they were extremely overcooked—so hard and crunchy that it felt like biting into bone. We chose three flavors, but one batch was completely unseasoned and left plain. Despite placing an online order with a 25-minute pickup time, it ended up taking an hour. While the staff were friendly, there seemed to be more playing around than working. Management seriously needs to step up and ensure this location operates like a business that values its customers and wants to retain them.

Never got my 30 dollar refund for my 20 piece lemon pepper wings ! My wings was sooooo salty looked like they poor the whole jar of lemon pepper on it fries was hard as a rock !!!

This place is terrible. Literally the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. DO NOT EAT HERE. Wings smaller than my pinky finger and always COLD. No flavor at all either and service is slow. Would rate negative stars if it was an option.

Don't waste your money here. The food was nasty, and boneless wings were now just fried pieces of breading with no chicken. The staff are snarky acting, very dismissive to customers, and they follow no serve-safe protocols when it comes to handling the food. I will never come back to this location. Honestly, it should be shut down.

Food is always good. It’s the service. Half the time the takeout orders are wrong and it’s like they don’t bother to read the tickets. The average wait is 50 minutes to an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous.
