Missing half of my order. Trying to call but noone will answer the phone. I tried over and over to call. They will not answer. When is management going to do something about this store? All reviews seem the same.

Worst Wingstop of all time every time I come near the experience is horrible food is cold even if your food is done people just stand around and do nothing honestly often wonder who does the hiring there the customer service is atrocious.

I bought 75$ worth of wings at around 11pm on June 28. They pushed back the order up till it was 1am and they canceled the order. I still don’t have my 75$ back.

Places a delivery order. I did not receive of my order. The item I did receive was the Cajun corn and it had no seasoning on it. I have tried calling the store several times and cannot get anyone to answer.

It’s really sad because when they do serve the food correctly it’s amazing. The seasoning is great the fries are perfect. I went here about 2 weeks ago and placed an order online I got 2 large fries with extra Parmesan seasoning. The fries were ok. They were soggy. My problem was the seasoning I paid extra for the extra seasoning and there wasn’t ANYTHING on them. Then when my boyfriend went to ask for some because we paid for extra and got 0 they gave us dirty looks and tried arguing with us. I don’t understand because I didn’t ask them for anything serious. I just wanted what I paid for. I hope someone can come and rescue this place because I won’t be coming back I hope it gets better.

Was here 10 minutes before my pickup time, it’s 20 minutes past the pickup time now and I still haven’t been given my order. Myself and 4 other customers have been waiting for 30 minutes and the employees have been goofing off and playing around in the back.
