My coworkers and I came to Zaxby's at Tanger because we love the french fries. We ordered 3 large fries and a kiddie meal. First of all, my coworker sat in line to order and pay for almost 30 minutes of her lunch break. Next the fries that are so famous for the seasoning had none!!! This was such a dissapointment.

They always make you pull forward at the drive-thru and wait 15 minutes then you get your food and it’s all soggy, burnt, dried out and has no sauce or silverware. Worst service and the inside is disgusting when you eat-in. The worst restrooms every time. Not going back anymore.

I had the worst food from any Zaxbys I've ever gotten at this Zaxby out near the time in North Charleston the order system was out. They didn't have anybody with an iPad out ordering so you had a long wait the food I got. I think you've been sitting under a heat lamp for two weeks not Zaxbys quality the people inside the restaurant you could see them through the window. We're just having fun and playing around Not really worried about the customer. I showed the franchisee checks on them every once in a while cause if not, he'll be losing his franchise real soon didn't receive any napkins silverware to eat with or anything or a plate five finger plate with slaw. I had to try to eat a slaw with the bread that was two weeks old. I'll never be back to the store again. I promise you.

I come here all the time and the employees know me by name and I punish the food every time. Whatever the employees are getting paid isn’t enough they should probably get a raise.

The service in this place is horrible. Talk about not giving a shit. The employees. all acted like they were just trying to get through the day. It's clear they don't understand the concept of customer service and how it translates to their salaries or the businesses success. We literally walked out trying to spend money at this place. The lady at the register didn't even try to acknowledge our existence. Ridiculous.

I’ve always had a great experience here. I drove all the way from Columbia just to get the strawberry shake and wings and things ! The staff is always friendly to me and my family and the facility is always clean inside and outside.
