If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! The employees and manager are beyond rude and disrespectful. If you’re going to gossip about customers, at least have the decency to wait until they’ve left the drive-thru window. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

This location is terrible ! First off the service. The workers were rude and careless they gave me the wrong drink twice !! I asked for strawberry lemonade and instead of telling me they didn’t have it they gave me Minute Maid drinks that looked nothing like lemonade which made me question!. The wings are dry and burnt with barely any sauce on them. No zax sauce or anything I’m truly disappointed

The team was moving the drive thru and front counter pretty good. No hospitality or greeting on the front counter and customers were having to clean tables to sit at in lobby

I used to love Zaxby's, but my recent experience was really disappointing. The front lady showed a complete lack of empathy, which was frustrating. On top of that, it took 20 minutes for my food to come out, and I had only ordered two Big Zax Snacks. This isn't what I expect from one of my favorite places.

When threw drive threw and ordered told her no coleslaw and all fries and honey mustard came home and inside I got coleslaw and no honey mustard very up set call three time it rang for a long time and someone hung up all three times

I came in on Sunday 11-24 -2024 at 11:21 AM. I ordered the boneless wings meal with a strawberry lemonade.
I came through the drive-through, and when I took a drink of my drink, it was not the strawberry lemonade. It was the pink minute made fountain drink. I went inside to tell the lady that she gave me the wrong drink, and instead of giving me the correct drink And offering an apology, she argued with me and told me. That I didn’t ask for the right drink.
I can’t stand Minute Maid beverages and so I was stuck with a drink that I did not and I would not drink.
It’s Sunday and it’s my day off and I really didn’t want to argue about my drink so I left and I will not come back to this location ever. I will not recommend this location ever.

Ah, Zaxby's... You were supposed to be my end-of-day hero, but instead, you left me wondering why I ever left the house. Maybe I was too hopeful, imagining a fried chicken masterpiece, but reality hit harder than a Buffalo wing at full spice level.

The food? Well, it's hot... and it’s food. Is it tasty? Let’s just say, I won’t be writing home about it. It’s the kind of meal where halfway through, you’re already asking yourself, “Why am I doing this to myself?” You know, that moment when you realize fast food might be quick, but the regret sticks around longer than the flavor.

Now, the service. Ah, yes, the cherry on top—or should I say, the missing items in my bag? Granted, I strolled in 10 minutes before closing, but you'd think I asked them to cater my wedding. They forgot half the order, and by the time I noticed, the doors were locked, and the staff was probably halfway home. So, here I am with a partial meal and a full sense of regret. Classic.

Prices? Standard fast-food fare. Taste? Meh. Would I come back? Let’s just say I won’t be racing to the drive-thru any time soon.

In the end, Zaxby’s, you were... fine. But that service? Yeah, that’s what’s going to keep me telling my future self: “Don’t do it again, man. You know better.”
