I come here all the time and the employees know me by name and I punish the food every time. Whatever the employees are getting paid isn’t enough they should probably get a raise.

The service in this place is horrible. Talk about not giving a shit. The employees. all acted like they were just trying to get through the day. It's clear they don't understand the concept of customer service and how it translates to their salaries or the businesses success. We literally walked out trying to spend money at this place. The lady at the register didn't even try to acknowledge our existence. Ridiculous.

I’ve always had a great experience here. I drove all the way from Columbia just to get the strawberry shake and wings and things ! The staff is always friendly to me and my family and the facility is always clean inside and outside.

I used the drive thru today at the Tanger Outlet location and was so disappointed in the service. The car ahead of me waited 15 minutes before someone took her order. When it was my turn there was no wait time but the young lady got my order all wrong after me repeatedly telling her the order. Hold on that’s not all I drove away with the order be all wrong and when I returned she acted as if I was bothering her!!! Nope I’m done!!! I won’t spend my money on horrible service and disrespect….

Food was just ok. Shake was good but the fried cheesecake bites had no cheesecake in them. Was literally just fried dough. Wouldn’t waste your money here.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! The employees and manager are beyond rude and disrespectful. If you’re going to gossip about customers, at least have the decency to wait until they’ve left the drive-thru window. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

This location is terrible ! First off the service. The workers were rude and careless they gave me the wrong drink twice !! I asked for strawberry lemonade and instead of telling me they didn’t have it they gave me Minute Maid drinks that looked nothing like lemonade which made me question!. The wings are dry and burnt with barely any sauce on them. No zax sauce or anything I’m truly disappointed
