Update: I had a good experience this time. The food was hot and fresh. It was crowded, but I got my food fairly quickly.
Old review: The cashier shorted me $1. I brought it to her attention and she seemed unpleasant to give me my money back. If I was $1 short, she wouldn't let me get the food. Why should I give up my money?
Also, this lady brought her dog into the restaurant. I'm not sure if the ate in or not but this is unacceptable....

I'm a fan of Zaxby's but this particular location didn't quite line up to my expectations. The food was excellent but not the service, or the environment. The interior was dirty, with food and debris on the floor and tables. I wasn't given a fork (was I expected to eat coleslaw with my fingers?) and the server was more interested in stashing the milkshake someone brought him than providing good service. Fortunately the meal was very tasty.
