got cold food and the manager who’s name was micheal i believe was very rude and unhelpful about it. will never be eating from this location again
Drive through took 20 minutes to get through 2 cars making our fries cold by the time we got to the window, ordered one item with extra fries and one item without but got the same amount of fries in both and order was missing sauces.

The lady behind the register was friendly. The chicken was hot, the fries were hot and a little bland. I got a side of extra draining for the fries. I had the kickn chicken sandwich. I don't eat the bread, I only eat the tenders and fries since the sauce is tongue torch and ranch mixed which is good.
Sometimes I'll get the signature chicken sandwich. You have to make sure to request extra seasoning on the side, or on the fries since they are bland without it.
Parking: Lots of parking in front, side, and in the back.

Not too bad! El Paso, TX doesn't have Zaxby's. We do have cane's and boss chicken....This place has chicken fingers as well...the fingers here are not as big as I thought...I ordered the avocado chicken tacos....it was definitely more tortilla than the chicken tenders. Overall not too bad!

It's an old building. Needs a deep cleaning and renovation. Food is so-so. Nothing special. Never crowded for in-door dining. Can almost here crickets. Bathrooms are decent.

Tasted like everything like fries, shrimp and chicken fingers are all fried in the same old oil. Kind of hard to tell with the chicken fingers since they are drenched in buffalo sauce but I did detect a slight hint of fishy taste. The French fries were definitely cooked with shrimp at some point so they tasted fishy as well. A little disappointing. I really like the chicken fingers, fries texas toast and Zack's sauce. Oh well hope it was just an isolated instance at the Zaxby's on University Boulevard North Charleston.
