Poor customer service. I had a mobile order for drive thru. I told the person at the speaker and was told to pull around. When I got to the window they were confused by the order. After that was fixed, I asked for ketchup. I was told it was in the bag, but it wasn't. I checked before leaving the parking lot and went into the restaurant...in the rain. I told the same person there wasn't any ketchup, so she hands me a plastic bag with the condiments. No apologies, just a dirty look.

We order their boneless platters and it is always fantastic. We placed a same day order on Father's Day and it was ready on time. They work hard to make things perfect at this location.

The price you’re paying verses the amount of food you receive is insane to me!! $15 for 5 wings and fries is Ludicrous. I need to stop eating out this is becoming a pattern. This is more like a $8 box. What the heck did I pay $15 for??? I thought it was a 10 piece. I should have declined when she told me it was a 5 piece. I was on lunch and rushing. Never again 👎🏾 the employees working were very kind.

I usually do online pick up. It's ready on time and hot most of the time. I've been to a few other Zaxby's that have really gone down in quality these last few years. This isn't one of them. The employees really seem to care and I've seen great leadership that helps with that.

So this is not about the food but the drink,I love their lemonade i ask a large so i can enjoy it.well judge the picture large cup topped with ice.No lie my kids samall lemonade had more than my.I felt I was robbed for real.Next time I will ask for mo ice :(

Worse Zaby’s I’ve ever been to. Staff is incompetent, rude, and the slowest Zaby’s I’ve ever ordered from. Food is subpar. Has turned me off of Zaxby’s all together so at least they were good at that.
