Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Trash, tried to order some food at 9:30 they answer the headset two minutes after I was sitting at the speaker laughing and giggling in the background. Couldn’t even ask for the order and no one inside or in the line. Trash

It is insane how often they get orders wrong and when you just want the food, all they can offer you is your money back. Whole meals missing from orders means someone doesn’t eat or have to wait to eat. They can’t eat a refund.

Jonaya A is what the receipt says serviced me tonight. When order my food she was very rude, and she seemed aggravated. When placing my order instead of saying “okay” or something along the way all she had to say was “mhm” and she did it repeatedly after I order my meals.. when I got to the window I asked her how was she doing and she ignored me and handed me my food and just shut the window. If you’re having a bad day don’t work, I didn’t even eat my food bc her energy/attitude really threw me off cause if you don’t like your job choose a new one! Not a happy camper after tonight’s visit.

While the food and service were okay avoid going inside at all cost. It smelled like a bathroom (not in a good way) all throughout the lobby. And you’ll be stuck waiting forever just for some fried tenders. Their drive thru is clearly their priority.

I ordered a boneless wings meal. Everything looked old. The fries and wings were hard and I couldn't eat it. Also, the wings smelled bad. I couldn't take it back because I had an appt.

I ordered online, the estimated time was 15 minutes out. I arrived 5-10 minutes early, and waited while until 15 minutes past the estimated time. When my food was finally prepared, the person bringing it out ignored me when I asked twice if it was mine, after hand delivering the rest of the online orders for the past 20 minutes I had been watching. After collecting the food, I found that they had given me the wrong type of wings, left out my dipping sauce, and the wings were room temperature. The worst part? I don’t even have time to go back and have it corrected because it would take longer than I have on my lunch break.

I was travelling and went to beaufort zaxby .They messed up my order and I really wanted to enjoy my drive time .I decided to stop at this Zaxby .I let the lady at front know my issue and she said it's diff. Franchise but can be fixed . The manager Jaedyne redone my sides and served me hot fries . This staff made my day ,great customer service. I definitely would go back again .

After 3 years this place has gone so far down hill. Waited over 30 minutes for curbside pick up just to go in and get it. No one was here and people that pulled into the drive thru were getting their food. Food was cold, bread wasnt toasted and the feastables box did not have a candy bar like stated and was told nothing by workers about it. I'll be contacting customer service and getting a full refund. Never going to another Zaxbys again at least definitely not this location.

The place was filthy, where you get drinks was dirty all trash cans were stuffed, couldn't find a clean table and the infant highchair looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Bathroom smelled and looked absolutely horrible. Poor management! What a shame!

Parking: The parking lot was also littered with trash from other restaurants and from Zaxby's as well.
