Used Zaxby’s for a work catering lunch. Zach Lashway was able to handle our order and make sure his team had everything ready, fresh and under budget. Never thought he could make it so easy. I ordered the kick and chicken sandwich with fried pickles. my fries we're cold and unseasoned My chicken chicken sandwich had barely any chicken on it and barely any sauce the fried pickles were burned to a crisp I had to wait like 15 minutes for the fried pickles

Me and my wife stopped here to get something to eat, took forever to place an order, the people behind the counter were too busy playing around than serving customers. It was just me and one other customer at the counter. I waited fifteen minutes before I went to the counter and asked about my food. The girl who just came in to work asked about my food and said how long I have been waiting and they had just made my order. She apologized. There should be an adult manager and not young teenager's. Too busy playing around instead of doing their job.

Has the Asian Zensation again today. I am ADDICTED to this fresh, crunchy, flavorful meal. Good value for the money. I highly recommend this dish and location for it's food and services.
