Good burgers, get the double smash burger. I didn’t enjoy the wings personally, the sauce wasn't for me. It’s very LOUD on college football Saturday’s and it’s an Ohio State bar.
We had eaten at this restaurant many times over the years when it was called Basil's. We were so glad to see that with a new owner and new name that The Twisted Penguin had kept the same great laid back atmosphere and many of the same or similar food items on the menu. The wings were outstanding (especially the garlic parmesan and sweet heat) and the smash burger was delicious. We throughly enjoyed our food and our waitress was fantastic and attentive. We highly recommend...

Update.....when I used this place it was Basils, I have never tried the twisted penguin.
