We booked unit 1936. The view from the 19th floor was the only pleasant part of our stay. Room was not "clean" when we arrived as it smelled like cigarettes and mold. Fridge is broken so my two kids had either luke warm milk or half frozen milk from the freezer. We adjusted the temperature to make sure it wasn't a thermostat problem. Whole refrigerator steams up and smells god awful. When we turned the jets on in the bathtub it blew black particles all in the water and was the spattering all over the bathroom. The unit was also advertised as PET FRIENDLY on every booking website for them to tell me AFTER booking that the hotel is pet free. Bartenders are extremely rude if you do not own a unit in the tower. You are treated like a nuisance no matter how big of a tip you leave. I would highly suggest booking with Compass Cove instead!!! All amenities are the same and included and they ACTUALLY care about quality utilities. It's not the beat down furniture and outdated decor that's is the issue. It's every single thing else. Do not recommend.

It's after midnight and there people and kids in the hot tub being loud. This has occured on several occasions. I called the front desk and the lady used the excuse "security will get to it on their rounds". This time a year is supposed to be quiet and relaxing but it hasn't been. If you want quiet go else where. If you want to be loud and at the pools after hours. This is your place.

Hotel gone downhill. Rooms dirty, ALL furniture need to be replace ASAP. DO NOT depend on using the most cheapest pots/pans/utensils the room provide. Make sure you wear shoes when walking around the room. Rooms need total upgrade. Front desk rude, had the nerves to call us and stated security notified us about throwing water from the 19th floor. No proof and couldn't give us any details. Sound like bullsh*t. It was closed to check out, they just wanted us to leave the room so they can start cleaning. Cleaning lady waiting outside the room 2 hrs before check out.

What breakfast buffet? We went to Bay Watch Cafe specifically for a buffet breakfast, but they didn't have it. You had to order from the menu. Very, very disappointed. Will never go there again.

Enjoyed a week in the off season. Got rained out 3 of our 6 days. So got to spend more time than usual in the room. Everything was great! I would recommend taking a look at the electrical outlets. Ours in room 604 were very loose and barely held the plug in. But when that's your only complaint you must be "winning"!

To bad it shows as open yet at 7pm on Sunday the restaurant is closed with all the chairs on the tables and their board saying “join us for breakfast”. Highly disappointed staying at the resort and not having a food option except to leave the facility!!!

Sad when a restaurant in a resort which has hours listed as open is shut down at 7pm on a Sunday. No food options for guests other than to go outside the resort. At this point the term resort is being used pretty loosEly, and they should consider themselves a limited service hotel. As a 40 year veteran in the hospitaly/hotel industry I find this appalling!

Went here for breakfast with my party of 6 (2 kids) we arrived at 9:20 and wasn’t seated until almost 10:00 and this was after we had walked in to ask about sitting down twice. (The lady told us they were waiting till they were all “caught up”) The host, however, was telling everyone it would be a 10 minute wait when there nearly ALL the tables were cleared and cleaned. I will NEVER come here again due to the servers looking directly at nearly 20 people waiting to be seated and not addressing us all standing there. We were not offered a menu until we sat down and the buffet was nearly empty by the time we got to it. The hotel was nice it’s very unfortunate the service this cafe has shown my family and I.

I didn’t stay here, I’m leaving a review for a friend of mine who literally just found bed bugs in her room, and the front desk staff treated her like trash! I definitely wanted to leave a review for her. Don’t have the room number but it literally happened this morning 8-18-23

Maybe if I wasn’t a white American, the accent speaking, people of color staff would have been nicer. I mean, I just love getting a blank stare by the pool guy when I greeted him with a good morning. Don’t wash and dry your clothes because the dryer didn’t work and ended up hanging them on the balcony chairs. No body or hand soap but there’s was conditioner!! The room was clean and the view was nice, but the teenie tiny parking garage got full quick and trying to get into the parking spot was quite the adventure. But again, the rude staff. Never again if I do come back to NMB
The beds we had were comfortable and new! We always love the amenities. Our room could have been cleaner. Our closet door was very hard to use. Over all not bad. Was happy with the pool bar, food and live music.

We stayed at the Baywatch resort and decided to eat at the Baywatch café, and it did not disappoint. The staff was just wonderful and the food was very good. I would highly recommend it.

This place was horrible. Our condo smelled like mold I sent an email and went to the front desk, they said they would bring an ozone machine up to remove the odor. They never attempted to find out what here it was coming from. We had to leave for 45 min they said so we went to dinner we came back and all they had done was spray air freshener so we had Cherry scent and mold. The description said well equipped kitchen. We had no bottle opener, no frying pan and forks made for toddlers. There was no salt or pepper or dish towels. My mother fell on the final night we were there. The outside bar/restaurant had a step down with no railing or sign to watch your step she fell hitting her head on a picnic table and her side on the picnic bench. She had a large lump on her head, two fractured ribs and was covered in bruises. The bartender took 15 min to even come over to check on her. When my daughter went to the bar to ask for ice for her head they handed her a Walmart bag with ice leaking everywhere. The food was awful. Over cooked and salty. These are just a few examples of how terrible this place is. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay there.
