Maybe if I wasn’t a white American, the accent speaking, people of color staff would have been nicer. I mean, I just love getting a blank stare by the pool guy when I greeted him with a good morning. Don’t wash and dry your clothes because the dryer didn’t work and ended up hanging them on the balcony chairs. No body or hand soap but there’s was conditioner!! The beds we had were comfortable and new! We always love the amenities. Our room could have been cleaner. Our closet door was very hard to use. Over all not bad. Was happy with the pool bar, food and live music.

Enjoyed a week in the off season. Got rained out 3 of our 6 days. So got to spend more time than usual in the room. Everything was great! I would recommend taking a look at the electrical outlets. Ours in room 604 were very loose and barely held the plug in. But when that's your only complaint you must be "winning"!
