What was supposed to be an enjoyable evening of good food, quality service, and family time turned into an absolute nightmare that even ended with police involvement.
At first everything seemed fine. We were greeted politely and seated right away. My family went to the buffet, plated our meals, and began eating. That is when the disaster began. Worst food ever. Overpriced for the shotty food they put out. Mold on the ceilings please don’t look up and try to eat your food at the same time because you will gag. And for a crab restaurant it only had one kind of crab, but we had 10 different kinds of shrimp. The crab was soggy soft and the shell you couldn’t even crack it and the crab meat stuck to the shell. The food was over priced, looked just as terrible as it tasted, cold, and the seafood had an aftertaste like chlorine. The restaurants website specifically says if you sit down before 6pm you get $4.00 off, well the staff didn’t honor this and argued that you need to ask for your check before 6pm.
