During a recent trip, we stayed at the Prince Resort. On our first night, our family was tired, so we decided to have dinner at the Boardwalk Beach Café, which was conveniently located. We dined outside and enjoyed a lovely view of the beach and the pier. The food was delicious and served quickly, and the waitstaff was very attentive. It's worth mentioning that the indoor seating area was packed during our visit and quite loud.

Fabulous lunch on the beach ! We loved the crab cake sandwich - all crab! Reasonable price! Must visit!

The food is AWFUL! I ordered a $20 shrimp
plate when it came out the shrimp was hard and wasnt fresh, fries were definitely OLD and STALE. My bf ordered the flounder plate the fish was okay but fries were also stale. We ordered a watermelon splash drink & soon as it came out we both tasted it in-front of the waterless and immediately told her we did not like it , it tasted like medicine…. not to mention l the bartender & some of the workers was talking shit about customers right in-front of other customers which is very unprofessional.. this place is OVERPRICED especially for the stale food they serve. we paid $50 for meals and drinks we were not happy with. We will not be coming back here again.

waited 30 minutes for my food to come out and I was the only one eating at the table while others got served the same plate and they were parties of 2. I was not only upset because of that but because they also got there way after me and I ended up waiting for the last plate. Manager lady also tried taking my food during me telling her how was that possible, and I did mention to her it looked pretty intentional since I was the only colored person there. Terrible customer service. First come LAST SERVED.

We love to visit here while we are staying at Prince Resort. Although, tonight we were not pleased with a staff member. We watched Jan (waitress) give Grace (bartender) a hard time for not taking on another table. Grace had a full bar and did not want to take on a 6 top and wanted to take the small table instead. She worried she could not take care of them properly. Keep in mind Jan was on the phone and Grace nicely started the small table for her. There were only 3 tables of people in the bar! Then Jan proceeded to call management in ear shot of the entire bar and complain. Why would you not want a 6 top table as a waitress?? Especially when you only have one table at the time?? What really upset me was the complaining and calling a manager to further complain in front of customers. She literally made sure Grace and we could hear her. Very unprofessional and after seeing Grace try to put a smile on through tears, really made me mad. She had just told us prior about how much she loves working here and then bam! Do people not know how to be professional and handle their business? Let's call management over every problem and make sure the whole place knows I'm unhappy??! Not cool and I hope to never have her as a waitress. Handle your problems later. Get things off your chest, yell, cry, whatever. But, don't disrespect a fellow employee in front of customers. You should have one another's back.

My husband and I stopped in during our beach walk. Even though they were busy the staff was amazing. Our waitress, nicknamed Monkey, was very friendly and attentive. We didn’t have to ask for a thing, she anticipated all our needs before we could ask, including extra drinks, seasonings, extra napkins, etc. We ordered shrimp tacos and fish tacos. They were absolutely delicious. It was also a lot of food for the price ($14.95). Each serving came with three tacos with all the trimmings like salsa, sour cream, and guacamole and also included two large pieces of roasted corn on the cob smothered in butter. We certainly enjoyed our meal as we dined on the open deck looking out at the ocean. We will definitely be back!

We have been coming to this pier restaurant for 15 years. It was one of our favorite local spots to visit for happy hour every weekend. They lost the best bartender and server a few years ago. Over the last few years it has really gone downhill. Service is bad, drinks are weak, food is over priced. The last 2 times we have a had a waiter that is not friendly at all. I don’t understand why 2 families can’t have separate checks… and then add a 18% tip because it was a table of 6. We are done giving this place multiple tries under this new management.
