This has got to be the worst chipotle I have ever been in. I walk in to order a burrito and I’m told that it’s online only. I tell them I don’t have my phone and they tell me if I can find something on the main line I can order, but yet, they have a full to go line, but will not make a burrito for me. This restaurant was disgusting. Every single table and bar was dirty. I ordered online and when I arrived they told me they just go the order when I had ordered 15 minutes before arrival. After waiting at a dirty table, the worker informed me that they didn’t have steak. I asked for a refund and another employee asked what what happening and I told her I wanted a refund and didn’t want to eat there because their tables were dirty and their making area was full of food that...read full review
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and chipotle. I did have another experience in Myrtle Beach, where the store was very dirty here a large woman who was serving and making the burritos got really skimpy on the meat. It’s always uncomfortable trying to ask for more meat, I’m not in the habit of doing that.
