I placed the order through the app it confirmed my order. Let me know. My order is prepped and put in the oven 15 minutes later I receive a notification that my order was canceled. They then called me and said they only have one employee so they decided to cancel my order because they didn’t have the dough to make my pizzas. I asked if it’s possible to make a different style pizza like crunchy or New York style or pan style anything. He said I’m sorry we already canceled your order. There’s nothing I can do for you. I hope you have a good night. If you place an order here, you might want to call and make sure they have enough people to make your pizza. Otherwise you might be disappointed after waiting 45 minutes For a carryout pizza

You can create any pizza to be a vegetarian pizza if you like and they also have an option for a gluten free crust. Ordered my food online. I love that you were able to customize your pizza in every single way. I adore the new New York style. They have come out with which is more similar to boardwalk style crust and now they also offer stuffed crust which is so amazing. Little caesar's stuff, crust has absolutely nothing on domino's. Their stuff, crust is fluffy and soft garlicky, parmesani and uh, filled with soft mozzarella cheese, not the hard plasticky kind. It is worth paying a few extra. Dollars for what you have to it's an upgrade. I also love that if you lose the online features, you can always find coupons every single time to use to save a few dollars. My favorite is the philly cheese cheesesteak pizza. I'm obsessed with the fact that on the app, you can customize your pizza.However you want. You can pick the sauce how much you want of it. And any of the toppings and the crust, every single part of the pizza, you are allowed to customize. My food was ready before the time stated that it would be and pick up was very easy.Especially if you pay online ahead of time. If you take the time to sign up for their bonus. Rewards program, they will send you extra coupons in your email. And you get a lot of discounts if you are a frequent customer, it's worth it. However, you can only use one coupon. At a time and even if you're not part of that program, they always have about eight coupons.Available at all times. Most important thing is that the pizza tastes absolutely fantastic. It's always cooked perfectly. It's always very cheesy, seems to be made with love. Very clean, the toppings are distributed evenly. You can tell they make every pizza with care.And the taste is just my absolute favorite. But my order was ready early, we drove home an hour and a half and up It's still warm by the time I get home and it reheats nicely. Reheats, great in the air fryer.Don't bother using a microwave. The reviews of this place are unfair. Everyone in this location was working their rears off on Saturday 8/2 and impatient customers were making it harder. The national app gives time estimates that are not accurate or controlled by the store. Even if it says 22 minutes, the real time is like an hour. Not because they are lazy, they just have a ton of orders in peak season. Order and be patient at home. Go pick it up when your app alerts you and you’ll have a great experience. Don’t go in there and hassle the workers or manager who are all working so so hard.
Our pizza and sides were hot, fresh and tasty. These folks do a great job…just please be patient and don’t cuss out the staff. They don’t deserve to get that because you are impatient or have poor planning skills

I never leave bad reviews - like literally haven’t left any bad reviews on Google at all. But this is insane. Ordered at 5:40pm on the app, said 45 minute wait time. It’s now been almost two hours and we can’t even get anyone to pick up the phone to assist us. 30 minutes ago it finally updated to in the oven, and now, nothing. Listen to the reviews, this place blows. BOOOOO.
I couldn't even get a pizza and the ai chick sounded like a broken record, I asked to talk to a real person and couldn't even understand the advertising also sounded like a vroken recording. Step it up Domino's your ordering process is horrible.

I can’t rate the food because after ordering 1 pizza for carry out, getting an estimated time of 24 minutes, showing up and realizing it wasn’t ready, we took a drive to grab a few things from the grocery down the road. We returned to Dominoes to realize that our pizza was still in “prep”. We’re at 1hr from ordering at this point. I ask the very unfriendly, unhelpful young man working why the pizza was still in prep and his completely unapologetic response was “yea we’ve had a lot of Pizza orders”. I asked him to check where we were in the queue and he said that there were still 19 pizzas ahead of us. I get being busy, but don’t give me a 24 minute wait time if it’s really more like 2hrs. Two unhurried, unfriendly, unapologetic teenagers running a dominoes in North Myrtle Beach is probably the poorest management one could imagine. Drove down the road to Papa John’s. Ordered at the desk. Pizza in hand 10mins later.

Took 2 hours to get from a mile and a half away, on a Tuesday. Tried to call to see what was up, never got a person. Gave me a sub instead of a salad. Food was cold. Extra dipping cups were missing. By far the worst domino's I've ever ordered from.
