Fried rice on their website clearly shows onion and other vegetables. When we order it with egg and onion we were told "we don't do that." I've never had sweet and sour chicken dipped in batter and deep fried either. This restaurant has gone down hill the past few years. Next time we'll go down on Main Street and actually get what we order.

Fuji Japanese Grill | Sushi • Fried Rice is a unassuming restaurant that offers a variety of Asian dishes, including sushi, hibachi, and fried rice. Customers appreciate its quiet atmosphere and reasonable prices, making it a good spot for a quick, satisfying meal. The menu features sushi options, vegetable lo mein, and hibachi dishes like the tenderloin steak bowl and chicken. Many reviewers mention that the food is well-seasoned, fresh, and prepared quickly, with large portions that offer good value. The crab rangoons are crispy and hot, though some found them too salty and were disappointed with their flavor. The tenderloin steak bowl is a favorite for regular visitors, especially when ordered medium-rare, as it is tender and flavorful. Service can be slow, especially during busy times or when waiting for takeout, but overall, the staff is friendly. The restaurant also offers online ordering with a tracker, which helps manage expectations about wait times. A few reviews note that the yum-yum sauce is thin and flavorless, and the atmosphere is no-frills but clean. Overall, Fuji Japanese Grill is seen as a hidden gem with delicious food worth visiting, especially for those seeking a quick, tasty Asian meal.
