My wife and I went during an early morning breakfast and it was packed, nothing abnormal for the area. After waiting to be seated the service sadly put a bad taste in my mouth more than the food. The older lady seemed bothered to serve us when she hardly came to the table. All other tables had a container of warm syrup except ours and by time we noticed and she finally came to the table our food was out with sides of syrup so it was pointless at this point. We waited so long for her to come back to ask for extra neither of us was hungry anymore. The food was what you expect from a pancake. The special flavor types (I believe I had apple) were lackluster at best. Upon a return visit to the area I would not return.

This place use to be a locals favorite. Let's just say the place has changed spend your money where it's appreciated.

I highlly suggest you find some place else to eat, the service was lousy and food was ok at best. Plus it seems they have an issue with people of color disputing an incorrect bill. Seems to me if something’s wrong regarding of race it should be fixed. It’s not always the “Black People” as one manager stated.

Worst experience ever would not recommend anyone of color to eat there racist people

Really good home country cooking. I usually go to Hoskins when I’m in the area, but there was such a long wait I headed here and it was really good. I personally liked the chocolate chip pancakes. My family enjoyed their meal. (They also had sugar feee syrup if any diabetics are in the group which is a plus for my crew.)

My Experience Here Was Awful From The Moment We Entered The Establishment….They Got Every Order Wrong In Our Group , I Waited Over An Hour For My Food It For It To Be WRONG They forget My Side Of Bacon Still Tried to Charge Me they Had to Fix My Check 3 Times Because It Was Incorrect and To Put The Cherry On Top THEY ARE RACIST THE OWNER DIANE Was Very Rude To The Guest While Standing In Line To Pay Our Group Overheard Talking To A Black Woman in The Other Group And She Told Her She Was Pissing Her Off and It’s ALWAYS THE BLACK PEOPLE and THEY We’re The Ones Who Messed Up On Their Bill …..This Business Needs To Be Shut Down and Reported!!!! Oh Yeah And The Food Was Disgusting At That!

This WAS a place that my family stopped every time we visited Myrtle Beach, SC. Today, while eating breakfast, the manager/owner Diane, shouted that “It’s always the black people” with an issue when discussing a bill/service discrepancy with another customer. I was flabbergasted that an error made by the restaurant would be handled in such a manner! My family and I quickly tipped our waitress, paid for our meal and left. We will NOT be back again. There are other establishments that we will frequent that welcome and appreciate our business. I won’t sit idly by without warning other patrons of the poor service I witnessed!

Manger is racist, and don’t like black people! She verbally said that in front of plenty of other African Americans and whites. I do not recommend. They are an off brand Cracker Barrel and they not even good!! 0/10 . It’s for whites only.. no refills, pancakes dry , order was wrong .. I will be reporting them to state of

Customer service doesn’t exist. Extremely looong wait times. (Parties coming and going still no food) This place feels like you stepped back into the 60s culture and all. Don’t waste your money in this dump. And all they will say 1 hr after waiting for food is thanks for being patient. No refills during the wait. Waaay to many of these same little places for the bullshit.
