The lady at the front counter was amazing. She was the sweetest and very helpful. The tall gentleman bagging up the orders had a great positive presence and was patient with front counter lady. Y'all customers better be kind to them. And KFC give them a raise.

I don't know what it is but KFC just hits different in the South. The Food was and delicious. I'm not even a huge fan of KFC back home. The service was quick too for our later in the evening order. We took our order to go and everything was there.

Usually when u get fast food at night its no good, not tonight! Everything was fresh, it was quick and the staff was friendly. Thank you ill be back

Restaurant was clean, service was friendly; however, the chicken itself was soggy, and my 8 piece bucket was a 7 piece, missing a breast if you can believe it. Was compensated by corporate with a partial refund and reward points added to my account.

Gotta love the Colonial. The chicken was great, they missed one of the things I ordered.
Came here to eat my mom parked in the handicap spot had no handicap ramp cams in with my service dog and he was fine in here until the employee said that my service dog had to leave and never asked if he was a service dog at all. Also the women restroom the sink has no running water also wait for our food more then 30 minutes

Chicken is great, the service is terrible. Waited in drive-thru for 35 minutes, had a strong conversation with the manager about how he manages the restaurant. I've only had one positive experience, the rest were always challenging. The problem is not the food, location, price point, it's the manager!!

The KFC in North Myrtle Beach is where I went to the other night. I got there about 15 minutes till closing and the gentleman behind the counter was all smiles when I walked in. He happened to be the manager. I asked him if I could get a bucket of chicken and fixings and he politely said I would have to cook some fresh chicken for you cuz we don't have enough. I asked how long it would be and he said about 18 minutes. I told him I would like to go ahead and order that bucket. The food was fresh and delicious the mashed potatoes and gravy the mac and cheese and the coleslaw were all very good. He did not have enough biscuits for my family pack so he threw in another side of mac and cheese which was pretty cool.
