The KFC in North Myrtle Beach is where I went to the other night. I got there about 15 minutes till closing and the gentleman behind the counter was all smiles when I walked in. He happened to be the manager. I asked him if I could get a bucket of chicken and fixings and he politely said I would have to cook some fresh chicken for you cuz we don't have enough. I asked how long it would be and he said about 18 minutes. I told him I would like to go ahead and order that bucket. The food was fresh and delicious the mashed potatoes and gravy the mac and cheese and the coleslaw were all very good. He did not have enough biscuits for my family pack so he threw in another side of mac and cheese which was pretty cool.

Ordered through drive through one evening and was told go wait around the other side of the building next to 2nd door. Literally took over half an hour to get a family meal made.. I understand it has to “be made” but seriously what are ya’ll doing in the kitchen? It’s called fast food for a reason! Had to go inside to get an update on our order.

My three chicken tenders appeared to me to be half the size of a typical chicken tender. It was very disappointing and I can’t say I’ll go back!

Found hair in chicken. When I called and spoke the the manager (carol) he I thought I was just trying to get some free chicken I was just calling to let him know to put a hairnet on cuz that was gross they don't care at all.

Worse restaurant in MB. They messed up our online order & when we drove back to fix it not only did they not apologize but they offered no compensation. All the manager did was hide in the back like a coward. I will NEVER go back.

The food taste like it’s been sitting out all day. Nothing tasted fresh or halfway decent, it almost felt like we were bothering them. I think this location is poorly managed & there is no standard to anything they do.

Just had a mixup on an Uber Eats order, but the wonderful gentleman at KFC made it right with no question. I do love KFC original wings and their chicken pot pie!! The staff at this restaurant is very nice!

The white lady manager working was extremely rude and disrespectful; however the lady at the register was very nice and understanding of how we felt about her manager.
Order a half a gallon of tea. When I opened it it smelled like pure tea poop. Call the manager she said there was nothing she could do about it why not? It couldn't have been good something nasty must have been in there. I won't be going back. Not like the KFC I've eaten at before.

Got the chicken tender special, price was good but appropriate due to the small size of the meal. Dining area wasn't tidy, crumbs on tables. Wasn't busy at all, but took as long to get food as if it were.
