I'm a huge customer service critic and when it comes to hospitality in general, I'm typically not 100% satisfied. Something could have always been done more effiently. The food itself can lack, but if the service is great- I'll keep coming back. At Pittsburgh Pizza Pub you don't have to settle for one or the other. Had the loaded fries, large portions on the original sandwiches. Our server Lindsey did a fantastic job. The fries should have been cooked more is the main take away. Not going to let this stop the family from stopping in again to try other menu items like the pizzas and burgers.Kid-friendliness: Kid options are available. Our son had the adult chicken and cheese quesadilla. He is a particularly picky eater and enjoyed with no issues.

Needed dinner following hours in the ER for a rib fracture. I called this restaurant to ask if they would allow me to place and pay for my meal from my car and explained why. Stasia, who took my order, provided customer service above and beyond! She was so accommodating and their Philly burger was amazing!
