“Great food. Great beers. But more importantly, GREAT employees. Stopped in for lunch today for the first time and sat at the bar with my husband. Had the pleasure of being waited on by Jordan and Cody - super sweet and made some terrific recommendations (nachos, brussel sprout salad and Sway beer, I'm talkin' 'bout you!) Food, atmosphere and wonderful service notwithstanding, here's where they REALLY stood out: An individual had a medical emergency while we were there and the staff were quick to react. Providing assistance while also maintaining the dignity and privacy of this person, they also went the distance to continue service to customers and trying keep "business as usual" to patrons (once they knew the person was being tended to); it's tough when something like this happens and they did a great job deflecting attention. It was very, very nice to see...recognizing these are servers, bartenders and other staff that aren't trained for this kind of thing. Oh, and to the table of patrons who demanded 50% off their bill because they had to "witness the event": I pray this doesn't happen to you or someone you care about, and I hope you get the day you deserve.
