“When you first drive up, it doesn’t look like much. There isn’t much curb appeal, and the dark windows make it hard to tell if it’s even open except for the signs. But once you step inside, it’s a whole new world. What a great surprise.

The ambiance feels authentically Salvadoran, with beautiful hand-painted wood furniture. The music created a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable.

Our server, Alejandra, was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. She made excellent recommendations and took great care of us.

The food was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and every dish had great flavor. The tacos were very good, the pupusas were excellent, and the beans with the amarillo rice were the perfect combination. The empanadas were delicious as well. All of the flavors—from the salsas to the cabbage—complemented each other beautifully.

We highly recommend this family restaurant. We can’t wait to go back and still can’t believe it’s been hidden from us for the past four years. So glad we finally found it!“
