Nice older place. Staff was friendly. Menu not combo friendly as you would see at everyplace in the beach area. So add each and everything to you meal does become expensive. Food wise breakfast was mediocre at best. Over buttered on somethings. Pancakes tasted burnt even they weren't. Hard to explain that. Open the syrup it poured out as if it were water, which that's what it tasted like. Went there because other placed were packed. Our fault. Not complaining to get anything back because this was a one and only. Reviews fit this place which is sad. And after reading other reviews I'm sure I'll get the usual Have a Nice Day remark from owner. They already got the money so why care. Lol.

Great tasting Philly Steak using delicious crispy buns like croissants and tasty pancakes served by very friendly, courteous, and customer friendly servers. Kudos also to the friendly, smiling front desk staff and cashier.Prices are very reasonable.

We had an excellent breakfast. Customer service was outstanding, on all levels. We were greeted at the door, showed to a table immediately, and had a phenomenal waitress.Our meals were delicious, cooked to our exact order.Parking: A large parking lot

This looks like you just don't care, but you do because you are responding to all the reviews!!!!!!!!!We (Party of 2) stopped in about 11am on a Thursday morning and the place was dead. The atmosphere of the place was very appealing and clean. The host (an older woman) was exceptional and pleasant. The waitress was fine, but after she delivered our food to the table, we didn't see her again until we were done eating. The location of our table let us see she was sitting in the back. It would have been nice for her to check to see if there was anything else we might have needed (Which we did, but it went unanswered because by the time she came back we were just ready to leave). Without asking, and napkins on our plates, she refilled our drinks and then asked if we wanted a to go drink. The ranch is horrendous tasting and was probably just a premade container. The restaurants that make their own ranch (buttermilk, mayo, seasoning packet) are SO much better. I am a bit of a ranch snob and I tend to not return to places with bad ranch. The Chicken Tenders that my 16 year old ordered were in fryer too long which caused the outside to be inedible on most of the chicken tenders. The cheeseburger was to be done medium well but was over cooked and dry. We won't be back. Too many other options around to spend over $40 w/ Tip to return.
