My family and I went there one time when they were super busy during the holiday. One of the employees jibbed my wife’s ice cream that she ordered by not giving her the correct amount of scoops. The employee gave her 2 scoops instead of 3 scoops. The employee jibbed another customer as well and when she confronted him, he just denied it and said that he knows that he put the correct amount. He didn’t offer to give me or the other customer another scoop or a refund. He said that he did put the correct amount for the order for the other customer and mine even though didn’t. He treated all of like we were trying to get something for free, but we were just trying to get what we paid for.

This is by far the best Italian ice/ices that I have ever had and I have been all over. It's better than Rita's and Ralph's combined. Their flavors were creative, delicious and refreshing. I highly recommend their flavor blue vanilla. Definitely going to be a regular customer in future ??????????

The number one best Italian Ice especially when staying in the Cherry Grove Myrtle Beach area. It's a must stop after a long day at the beach. Tons of great flavors to pick from and great service.

Great experience start to finish. I had Michelle come out for a 4th of July event and they did a great job. Even advertising the dealership along with where the event was. If you are looking for a fun customer appreciation event this was great and the staff enjoyed it very much as well.

My mother in law lives in North Myrtle Beach and this made a full year I’d been searching for some smooth, creamy Italian Ice. We’d tried somewhere else last summer, and it was just fine chopped up ice and gritty. I found this place today and it was everything I wanted (especially now being pregnant)! We tried creamsicle, cotton candy, and cherry. All 3 were equally delicious and refreshing. The man at the window was very friendly and just all around 10/10 experience. Affordably priced, quick service, great flavor selection. We will ABSOLUTELY be regulars here!

We have been coming here for years!! This is my favorite stop if I want something nice and cold for a hot summer beach day! They have TONS of flavors and let you mix and match. If you get a refillable koozie you save some $ everytime you purchase which adds up. They also have a punch card if you use the koozies so that you get a free refill once you reach 10 I believe. We go a couple times a week in the summer. I'm always sad when they close for the season bc I would definitely go then too! Wish they were open at least Saturdays in the off season. Even if they only had half the flavors and kept the most popular ones.
