Came in with my husband and granddaughter today and the two girls working were so sweet! Everything was very clean and organized. It was a little chilly though so we sat outside. Other than that we had a great experience and loved the new pumpkin flavor!

I visited the store yesterday before traveling home. Store was nice and clean, bathroom were cleaner rhan any other bathroom i went in on vacation. The offered pup cups for my previous Sadie. The young lady behind the register even gave her an extra treat for it. The young lady was very polite and chatty. She even went on to tell me what her favorite flavor was when i asked what she recommended The ONLY reason im giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is i have a handicap son and there was no ramp for his wheelchair in front of the store. Therefore him and my finance had to stay in the car. Thats the only down fall to swee frogs.

It was delicious but temperature inside was EXTREME COLD. My 87 year old mother got so cold she shook when trying to eat the yogurt. Great service and good food

It seemed clean enough to me, didn't use the restroom, but the toppings were completely uncovered. I mean there's some plexiglass waaaay up from the toppings but nowhere near in a position to block anything so I'm giving a 3.

My granddaughter was feeling bored and wanted ice cream so I picked her up and we went to sweet frogs...as always the ice cream was delicious and toppings plentiful...food area was clean but the tables were dirty and no small cups...I would have gladly given it a 5 but the girl working there was not friendly...but otherwise it was a good experience

I’m very disappointed in the quality of the place I saw black mold in between the cracks of the machine, I think I saw roaches or some sort of bug. I saw a male employee touching the strawberry’s with his bare hands 🤢 the bathroom was also almost a biohazard. There were human feces all over the toilet seat and lid. If I could give a restaurant zero stars this would have to be the place. It was disgusting. It had horrible customer service and I would not recommend going if you don’t wanna be disgusted.

Not clean at all. Workers do not clean up at all. They rather be in The back on their phones or even standing T the register on the cell Phone. There was hair all over the tables, cookie crumble all on the bench. Every chair had stuff all over them. You would think the staff would be out cleaning and wiping down or even filling the bins that are empty. Its hard to find people who will work,

Me and a few friends went to Sweet Frogs in NMB and the workers were quite rude. I noticed they continued to look at us and laugh. When I went up to the counter to check out one of the workers was sitting down behind the counter. It was unprofessional. We walked outside to eat and one of the girls that was working kept coming out pointing at us. The frozen yogurt was amazing but the service we received was a little disappointing. Wish we could’ve had a better experience!

The kids enjoyed it. Many flavors of ice cream and toppings to choose from. Very small store but ok because people rotated in and out pretty fast.

I normally have a good experience here in the frozen treat is always very good, it’s 5pm on a Sunday and the cashier is refusing to accept my 50$ bill with extremely bad attitude. This younger generation suuuuuucks.
