me and my wife were about ready to walk after waiting almost 20 minutes to be seated. I would understand if it was busy but the place wasn't busy at all. The food was good overall just not the best service.

poor grade of food, ordered the Whisky cheese burger cooked medium, well it was cremated, no flavor, got 2 orders of potato skins, over fried very dry, ordered the whiskey sesame chicken, all batter no chicken meat spent 100 bucks, what a waster
Just got lunch from here. My coworker ran over and got it. For something where the estimated wait is 20 minutes, he waited over 35 minutes. And the food wasn’t even hot. We did a group order and it was all terrible. Spinach dip wasn’t even hot and we are right across the street.

There was a mix up in the order and we had to wait forever, especially cause I was hungry, but not to take away from the store that it is Christmas and you guys deserved to be at home, but the food was delicious,ribs were cooked with love....I was able to eat it cold after couple hours so that should tell you how good it was....best tasting tgi I've been to so far

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in 2023. We are on our ways home to Wilmington, so we stop by for dinner group of 14. My family and I went to this location for dinner, but the staff and manager give us the feeling like they don’t want to be there to serve us the entire time.The food is not bad but the server had an attitude with us like we can’t afford to eat there.We order a cocktail dish, but the portion is 1/3 of the serving as a comparison to the menu image. We knew the dish won’t be exactly like one on menu but at least close to what we see.Super disappointed with the restaurant and staff.We still leave a tips of 25% of the bill no matter what happened.Hopefully they can change the way the manage this location soon.
