Our waiter Quentin was possibly new? I ordered a Hashbrown, bacon, cheese, scrambled egg bowl. I ordered my eggs over easy on the side instead of the scrambled which I do every time we go, it has never been an issue. He charged me an extra $3.22 for substituting over easy eggs. When I questioned him instead of ask someone he insisted on the extra charge. If that’s the case everyone that has waited on us over the years is making a mistake?

Great meal! Staff was very friendly. Not overly invasive, she checked on me once which was all I needed. Food was great, albeit slightly delayed but it wasn’t bothersome.

I would give our server Marla 6 stars she was very kind and wonderful! Our food was also perfect! The hostess however is completely disrespectful and rude. Telling us we can’t put a chair at the end of our booth while several others have one at the end of theirs. Meanwhile we did not even need the chair because my children are small enough to fit in the booth with us. She is rude when customers try to help and will try to force them sit in the waiting chairs before giving them a table. Uttering swear words when she forgets to bring the proper amount of menus to a new table. Every Waffle House I’ve been to has been first come first serve so it was our mistake for not realizing this one had a hostess as she was nowhere to be seen for the first 5 minutes we waited for a table to open up. We will not come back here again simply because of her. It’s a shame because the other staff are wonderful and kind
