I waited almost 30 min in the drive thru to get my food with only one car in front of me. It took 15 just for them to take my order.

I ordered two 20 piece nuggets and the cashier ordered two 10 piece nuggets. I looked at the screen and said oh I need two 20 pieces, 40 nuggets total . She said we don’t sell 20 pieces. So then I had to say ,Ok then can I have four 10 piece nuggets.

While you guys have gotten faster you dont give people time to order and then when they do you rush them through, I’m glad I checked my bag which didn’t have things in there I ordered before I drove off and whoever is on your window needs to work on their customer service she acted like I disrespected her whole family for asking for a receipt and sauce

Tried to eat here but the door was locked at 2pm in the afternoon. Took business elsewhere. Not the first time trying to eat here. The other a few months ago. Door was locked drive thru took an hour.

I can't stress how badly you should avoid this Wendy's and Wendy's in the Carolina area. They aren't real Wendy's, they are a corporate group that bought franchising rights from Wendy's. They aren't overseen by anyone and the quality of both the food and service reflects it.

Carolina restaurant group is the name of the corporation that owns the franchising rights to this Wendy's. Take a look at the corporations Google page and see just how low this corporation is.

They do not care about customers health nor their employees. They passively force a man work off the clock for no pay. They don't pay their employees a fair wage and can't keep a staff. This routinely leads to the store being short staffed. This man knows that If he doesn't go in early in the morning, hours before open and off the clock, that he will be the one who has to deal with the problems to come later on in the day when the store is busy and short staffed.

The place is an absolute dump and the district manager Gary should be ashamed of the store and culture he has cultivated.

Doesn’t deserve one star! Service is horrendous. I waited in line for 25 minutes just to place an order and finally left and never even got to place my order. Two people in front of me also left.

We went by on 2-22-25 @ 930 pm. Whoever in charge of the drive thru was extremely rude in her tone talking thru the mic. We drove off. I will never stop at this wendys again.
