If i could post pictures i would. There was ants in my food. Like yo..... I aint feeding no one with ants in the food! Dang bug life ants! Like what!?!?! That's unacceptable. Give me my $40+ back. That's severely unacceptable and unsanitary

Only positive was that they were friendly in the drive through and didn’t take long.

Service: Poor - friendly but wrong sandwich in bag outweighs niceness 100%.

Terrible thing to find they charged and gave you the wrong sandwich once you get home to eat it.

This place is the worst. Literally sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes. They say they are short staffed and busy but there was nobody inside and one car at the window, they had already ordered. It doesn’t matter what time of day or what time of year, it’s always the same. I won’t be going back. Probably not a good idea to alienate the locals and your year round business

There was no air conditioning and the temperature outside was over 90°. Staff was not attentive. Staff member forgot to give my friend her order while she stood by counter waiting for over 5 minutes. I needed help and had to look over the counter, girl in back was texting on her phone. My baked potato not fully cooked.

Manager on duty was very rude breakfast wasn't over yet and he refused to cook 1 sausage for my daughter and he messed up my uncle sausage egg biscuit by adding cheese to after he asked for no cheese and actually refused to remake it instead wanted to give a refund customer service was awful the workers didn't have on slip resistant shoes on they had on slides experience was awful never coming back to this location

And a late night drive through saga continues at this Wendy's location. Never have I been at a drive-thru that moves slower than molasses. 45 minutes in 6 cars that already drove off I was the 7th. I'm sorry but if it takes more then a quarter tank of gas idling and still 5 cars away from the intercom clearly this place has some serious problems with the overnight staff. They don't seem half asleep... maybe half baked to say the least. Even so to move that slow is just ridiculous. I really believe it's the guy taking orders that's holding up the works. I mean I see him in the windows, taking things out of one bag to put them in another and then all over again. Clearly he's the weakest link in the chain. Why the main manager that runs the place hasn't retired him from his duties is beyond me. I think even a senior citizen can work faster than this guy. And then at times how obnoxious he can be just boggles the mind why somebody like that should be left on the payroll.

Very rude manager at night.... you work at a resort area not all states have same menu and gave attitude when asked for a certain item... then proceeded to close windows on me and didn't even give me my drinks with my order
