Stopped by my local Wendy’s in North Myrtle Beach for a Frosty tonight. Was told they took their frosty machine out!? What!?!? That’s likeMcDonalds removing their Big Mac or Chick-fil-A no longer selling chicken sandwiches

Wjere do I begain. Its 60° in here. Walk up to counter to orde no one said a word to me after sanding there a lady with her hands in her pockets walks up to the register and just stairs at me waiting for me place my order not a word said. After I placed I get her finally say the total then n9t a nother word. Floors so sticky I can hear my chooses like im walking on glue. Everyone in here l9oks like they hate life.

The daytime staff here is just…. Ugh. There were so many delays in response while ordering that our car was soaked from rain after. We ordered a combo, they entered in just the sandwich. Ended up giving us a free drink/fry because it was entered wrong and we had already paid.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got regular chicken.
… not to mention the attitudes we get every time we come here and the fries never have salt on them.

Wendy's National was offering a free sandwich to Veterans on Veterans Day. This location is not participating in the celebration of veterans. I wonder who owns this place ? I will not be back!

It was the worst dry hamburger I ever had. Wilted lettuce, tomato that was disgustingly bad and cheese that didn’t melt. I think the patty was warmed up from the day before. I will NEVER go back to a Wendy’s again. No wonder the chain is going bankrupt!

The drive thru employee did not listen to me at all. On the screen, it even said bacon, egg, cheese with an iced coffee. I received a sausage, egg, cheese with a hot coffee. I saw employees handling food without gloves. They have no friendliness.
Additionally, they refuse to turn on mobile orders until 8:30-9. So when I want breakfast before then, I have to pay much more because I don’t get to use my deals and coupons.
You guys just suck, basically.

The sign says. It's open. But they keep their doors locked because they don't like to work. This location has been doing this for 2 years. I had hoped by now they would have changed management because of all the complaints. I guess not. I don't see how this place can stay open with how they choose to operate. Wendy's is typically a favorite fast food place. There's no reason why you guys can't get your stuff together and run it properly. Maybe give the employees an incentive to improve their work ethics. I don't know, but something needs to change.

I hardly ever give bad reviews but I have to for this place. I encountered extremely rude staff. No customer service skills what so ever! Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to retrain their employees on how to treat customers. I was very disappointed with my visit and will not return. Do better!

The service was terrible. Everyone in the store waited at least 30 minutes for their food. The clerk at the counter obviously did not know what he was doing. He argued with us that apples did not come with a child's meal. The manager finally sent him away ann got everyone's orders but it was too little much too late.
