This is hands down my favorite ice cream (well technically custard) joint. The custard is creamy and has great flavor and they have a good number of options on how to serve it: cups, cones, mix-ins, etc. They'll be seeing a lot of me in the future :-)

We absolutely love this place. I use to live in Upstate NY and always had amazing custard. I moved to SC in 2013 and the one thing I missed having, was custard from back home. There was no place here in SC that served it. I was in heaven when we found this new store of yummy goodness. I’m hooked. My favorite is the “ Fluff Peanut-butter Crunch”.

The custard at this Whit's is really well done and has a lot of flavor. Both chocolate and vanilla custards taste great and have a nice consistency. The flavor of the day was creme brulee and was excellent. I highly recommend it if it's available. My only problem was that I went one day and they were closed, even though the hours on the door and Google said otherwise. A woman at the store said to always check Facebook as they post days that they are closed there.Parking: Street parking can be difficult, but there may be a lot in the back.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure about wheelchair accessibility because there is a step and I'm not sure if there is a ramp.

So good! I always thought custard was like sherbet but no, this is an actual ice cream place and it’s SO GOOD! Best I’ve cream I’ve ever had. Creamy,soft and has the perfect amount of sweetness. We went on a Sunday night and returned Monday afternoon because it was so good! We had the strawberry short cake, mud slide, pecan pie, & the one with Spanish peanuts (can’t remember the name). All of them were delicious! The man Monday night was so helpful and answered all of our questions because we were new. We will definitely be back!!!!!

I recently moved to NMB and specifically went for their "flavor of the day" which was Maple Crunch! The service couldn't have been better and the custard was AMAZING! I shared a little with the dog and he is on Cloud 9! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I love coming here! The staff is friendly. The custard is delicious. It's fun to watch the shakes and specialties being made. They have flavors of the week, as well as, flavors of the day. They also have a cooler full of premade custard to go. Premade dipped cones and premade ice cream sandwiches. There are times when the line is out the door. There isn't much room inside to eat. Just one table. But there are tables outside. I love the Brownie Blitz that has a warm brownie on the bottom. My companion always gets a strawberry banana milkshake with fresh strawberries and bananas. Usually bananas is an overpowering flavor but not in this case. It's a perfect combo.

Delicious!! This may be the best frozen custard I've ever had!! They have many wonderful creations to choose from, and serve most of them in sundae, McFlurry-like, or milkshake form. Both of the ones we tried were delicious. But the frozen custard was so delicious, I almost wished I had just gotten it plain so I could have enjoyed it without the distraction of the toppings.

The customer service here is top notch. Never in a rush to get you thru the line like at "The Melt" plus the custard is 100x better and yummier. The people that work there are so kind and patient with you and answer all your questions. The store is very clean and we will definitely be back! Enjoyed this way better than the other icecream stores.

The gentleman behind the counter is soooo nice! We are from Northern Virginia and really enjoyed some frozen custard tonight. Cute little store. They don't serve vegan custard but they sell it in the coolers! We ordered a topping, and dished out the dairy free / vegan custard on top. I rarely give 5 stars so this is top notch as far as I'm concerned. I'd say free water would have me giving 5 stars. There's a Tap house next door for those that aren't into icecream but want to join(they're closed Mon's) whit's frozen custard is open 12-10 every day.
