On August 12, 2025, we went into the lobby to order 2 burgers. While waiting on the order, the counter person slowly moved from front to back and did nothing. The line inside had grown to 6 people and the drive through was wrapped half way around the building. The worst fast food experience we have ever had. DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Food was pretty standard for Burger King. No real complaints there. The bathrooms were not so great and took a while to get food for being the only people in the store.

The worst service I have ever seen in a drive-through. These people should not be working 3:48 PM on Wednesday, July 16. The kind of attitude these people displayed contempt for the customer embarrassing and if I was a franchise owner, I would be ashamed.

The literal worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. It has no lines because all of the customers in the area know that they will have to wait 10-20 minutes just to have their order taken. You may as well order from a normal restaurant because the food will be done before they even take your order here. If it’s a labor issue then pay your employees. I don’t know what it is but it is awful. Figure it out.

2 Apr ‘25 1:30 pm ish. Drive thru. The young girl at the window was friendly and polite. Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger and Medium Fries. The burger was picture perfect. The fries were hot and fresh, not one speck of salt but still good. Best Burger King experience in many years.

This is the crappiest restaurant I have ever been to in my life. If you want to call it a restaurant. The person and the only person working the front counter speaks hardly any English and I can't rate the food because I never got any. If I could rate this place lower than a 1, I would, and I will never be back. Whoever the owner or manager is needs to take some action. Get rid of the employees they have and hire people that know what they're doing. Also, the cleanliness of the store is horrendous! I could not even see through the glass door for all of the grease on the door. My next call will be to DHEC!
