New location, smelled like construction chemicals and bathroom was over powering with bleach. Our two burgers were ice cold with chilly buns, being an Impossible burger it Has to be at least warm. The buns and meat had the same texture.
Vegetarian options: They should be trained to heat up veggie meat properly --its impossible to eat cold and uncooked

I believe in 2nd chances, so I gave this place one. I first (and last) visited about a year ago and immediately said never again. I like BK, so after a long day at work I caved and stopped again. Worse than I originally remembered! Food was ICE cold, maybe something they found hanging out on the counter from yesterday? Coke was just soda water, fries so stale I couldn't bite through it. The whole meal was inedible and went straight into the trash. I should've known with how quickly i got it (less than a minute) and it was shoved out the window without words or eye contact from someone who obviously hates her job. Fool me once, shame on you- fool me twice, shame on me. Never again.

One person working. I told them I had a pick up order at the drive-through. They did not understand me. When I went to the window to pick up, I said hey I’m here to pick up and she didn’t respond to me and she gathered food in the bag and put it in there and gave it to me and I left. My order was entirely wrong and was not what I had ordered on the app. When I went around the building to the front door. The front door lobby was locked. I threw my food away because everything was wrong including the drink. There were people crowding the front door to get in that also realize that the lobby was closed. At noon on a Friday. It appears that there is a staffing issue here and it was absolutely terrible customer service. If you were going to open a business, you need to staff it otherwise there is no reason to be open. Business 101. I will not be back. Avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE experience. Was the only person at the drive-thru. After about 10 minutes of sitting in my car waiting for someone to come on the speaker to take my order, just left. There was absolutely no service at all. No apologies, no one saying they would be with me in a few minutes. Nothing. Na da. Zilch. Zero.

I don't think specific BK has ever gotten our order right. But, on the rare occasion the friendly staff is working, it's an easy enough fix.

It took a long time, the person who attended didn't feel like working.

Food was fine for Burger king, the issue I had was they had the person who spoke the least amount of English working the front counter. It's not the workers fault for not knowing good English but there were other people who spoke perfect English not helping the front counter.

I am an uber eats driver and every time I go to this store they’re closed or can’t fulfill orders at all at this point why even be open? I am honestly disappointed with the state of this burger king.

This store is troubled. I like Burger King well enough, being as I prefer a char broiled burger to flat grill fried, but they need to figure their stuff out. In the past six months, they've had a busted ice machine, no soda, unexpected closures, and tonight they totally botched my order. My food is usually cold, my soda tastes like its mixed wrong... But I stop by and order a Whopper every so often.At about 8:30pm tonight, I ordered a Double Whopper and got a fish sandwich. It might have been a spicy chicken; but if that was chicken, they need to throw it all out. I'd have asked them to fix it, but I was tired, didn't check the bag, and didn't realize it until I got home. I threw the sandwich away and sent BK a DM on X; let's see if corporate will help me out. Maybe corporate will help that store out while they're at it because HOLY HECK.I know stuff happens in restaurants, but I honestly believe the only reason they're still in business here is because the line at Zaxby's and Jersey Mike's gets too long.
