We are local locals- my husband is from here and I e been here since 2007. Etang is the very best Asian food in the lowcountry! We dine here atleast 1x every week and can’t recommend them enough! Great food-great people!

Etang Asian Bistro is a highly recommended new place to discover, offering absolutely delicious food that is consistently high quality. Many different meals were tried and all tasted very good. The atmosphere is described as quiet, cozy, and modern, feeling like a good Chinese restaurant. While the music was a little too peppy for dinner time ambiance, the food came out fast, hot, and was very well seasoned with fantastic flavor and plenty of it. Etang Asian Bistro fills a much-needed void for sit-down Asian restaurants. The service is impeccable and wonderful, with the food being fantastic. Specific dishes enjoyed include sesame chicken, chicken fried rice, beef broccoli, general tso, spring rolls, egg rolls, dumplings, hot and sour soup, shrimp rolls, soup dumplings, and beef hot pot, all noted as delicious.
