As soon as I opened up my burger there was a hair . The manager gave us our money back for only one burger when we both didn’t eat our meals . My husband didn’t find his burger appetizing either after seeing the hair . Windows were dirty , fryers were dirty , poorly kept . Sorry Burger King but they obviously need to pay there employees more so they can have more people and keep it maintained

Even tho I shun eating fast food and I rarely eat it at all!! I just am mystified on how this place stays in business 🤷🏻♀️ Usually whenever I show up, there’s maybe 1 or more cars in line. And they appear understaffed. Sometimes they’re completely closed without prior warning!! The service is usually slow!! This restaurant or the franchise issues coupons, which they may or may not accept!! Because of COVID, the dining room, which I’ve always found cold and uninviting, was usually locked up. On one occasion, I wanted their wonderful soft serve ice cream and, as usual, I was given a difficult time about it by a crew member, but, luckily received it gratis!! Smh It’s high time for an overhaul, Burger King 🍔🍟 b4 you go out of business for good!! 👎🏼

It had been ages since I had BK and we were exhausted from doing deliveries and pick ups for our Christmas Mission. The staff was fast and friendly and honestly, I don't think I've ever had such hot and fresh food from a BK before.

Hi to whom may concern I went through drive thru I order a pretty good amount of food the manager in charge was working all by his self while the other two gentleman where sitting down in the lobby this man had a lot of orders just it’s just sad to see one worker doing all while others are doing nothing I hope that man quits to find something better or management above needs to do something about this but I do give credit to Jose for standing strong n held on his own the food was all hot n fresh thank u sir

Its 9:40pm and they are still open and we went through the drive thru, the person told us to hold on and we waited for a couple minutes and then kept saying we were ready to order and he never came back on the speaker.

I’ve been to this location multiple times over several months at all times of the day. Only the drive through operates and the lobby is ALWAYS closed. The drive threw speed will depend on if the workers came in to work. This store is in need of new management or should be shut down.

Not a big fast food eater but sometimes you get the hankering for a BK burger! Oh for this one I sent a note to corporate about the franchise owner. I'm sorry, but you're in the food service business and you keep a pig sty for a restaurant. I don't care if it's fine dining or fast food chain, you keep your place clean. Bathrooms were so disgusting, I won't describe what I saw (I gagged). The dining area had debris on the floor, the beverage machine exploded from the fountain when I tried to pour a Dr Pepper. (The counter girl knew and apologized but how about an out of service sign so I didn't get soda all over me?). The whopper junior was eh, why did I waste my calories, especially on the 3 day old hard bun. Will not be back until I know a new franchisee is in place. Really bad.

I keep giving Burger King another chance because I know the franchise is a good one but this location is consistently disappointing and declining, which is almost not possible. Each time I go there, there is some kind of a problem with the wrong order, with waiting in line without any acknowledgments, and multiple times the store not even being open during business hours. This time I waited in line for 11 minutes at the drive-thru. Don't ask me why I allowed that amount of time to go by, but I did. I was never even acknowledged. Saw the person in front of me and leave without even going to the windows and that should have been my first clue. Drove by to the front of the store by the second window and saw five employees standing there talking. So I went back around to the drive-thru and I let the other people in line know that no one's willing to really take any orders at this time. So I turned around and went to Wendy's where the food is fresh, the staff is consistently courteous and friendly, each time guaranteed. Things happen in general, mistakes and such and that's why I don't give bad reviews unless it's warranted time after time like the Cyndi Lauper song. Get it together BK Okatie!
