Love Burger King but everytime I’ve come to this specific location there’s been a issue. They’re rude no matter how nice you are charge you for extra stuff and put the wrong order in the bag.needs to close down

I wish I could post pictures of the nasty kitchen with flies flying around and food on the floor. There were three young men working today and the two cooking were on their phones and their pants were sagging. When I received my food my whopper was super small, pink in the middle with a rubbery texture. I came back and asked for a refund and saw everyone stood around walking on their phones except the guy working the window. Will not return and in fact I hope the health dept shuts them down.! 🤢

I ordered a double stacker with cheese. When I got home I had a “spicy chicken sandwich”, which I didn’t want. I didn’t realize that I was charged $8.89 for a nasty dried out 1/8 of an in thick chicken patty with a ton of mayo smeared on it. The service has been terrible for quite a while. I thought I’d give it another try but today was the final straw. Shame on the one who manages and owns this franchise.

horrible experience. front lobby was closed while workers were inside. waited in drive thru 10 minutes to get food and it was incorrect. went back to get another food item and no one answered the intercom went to the second window and no one. road around to leave and saw workers in their car, guessing it was closed then? at 4:00 pm ??? worst burger king ever, will never be going again!
