“Whoever the two employees were on Monday night closing (10 pm) on 12/6/2021 deserve someone recognition. They were very kind and professional. I was pleasantly surprised. The food we received was also well made. We came before closing and they still managed to serve us with class. I am not much of a Burger King regular, but those two gave me something to come back to.“
“So, here's the thing. I was overtired and not making any sense when I placed my order in the drive thru. (I wanted a meal plain with just bacon and cheese).Of course, it was wrong. The difference is, I went inside and the sweet little girl at the checkout and the fella with the gold grill apologized profusely. I explained that not only was I not mad, but that it was my fault for not being clear when I ordered. They had a new burger ready in no time and it was delicious! The gentleman even opened the door for me and thanked me for being nice about things. Makes me wonder how others act if an order is a little wrong? The fact is, accidents happen. It's how you handle them when they do. This team went above and beyond. I am beyond impressed and will most definitely be back!“
