The waiting time was longer than the time we were told. This was Fathers Day evening and there were mostly empty tables. We counted 4 working servers and 2 workers who walked around. We sat waiting to order for almost 20 minutes and never got drink refills. The new menu is missing several staple items like roast beef and hamburger steak. We ordered, grilled cheese, kids chicken tender, chicken and dumplings and a shrimp skillet. This order was marked on the menu to be quick. All together, our food took over an hour to come out. We also placed a Togo order and the server forgot to put it in. We loved Cracker Barrel but so sorry to see the menu cut back severely and the service almost nonexistent.
The food is consistently good every time there for breakfast. We really enjoy wandering around the gift store. We find adorable items for our grandson there.

Thanksgiving Day in a new town. Our plans changed but knew we had eaten CB for Thanksgiving in our hometown...not the best. Food pretty good, server acted like she really dodnt want to be there...it was very very busy.

Went on Thanksgiving. There was a line but we got in with no wait since there were only 2 of us. Food was delicious, waitress was attentive, it was not overly loud so it was a very pleasing experience. Would definitely recommend.

Went here twice while visiting family in November. Food and service were great, no complaints. I loved the French Toast - so good! The country store has lots of interesting items so check that out if you ever visit. Will definitely visit the next time I'm back.

I ordered the fried chicken tenders and 3 sides. The sides were okay but the chicken tenders were awful

Overall, our breakfast was okay. I was disappointed that my peach topping for my pancakes only had 2 thin slices of peaches with alot of peach juice. My chicken sausage was a bit dry.
