Jersey Mike's Subs

The food is usually bomb when they listen and I tell them light oil. However the staff in this particular store needs SERIOUS help. I prefer to mobile order since I stop by quickly during work and somehow every single time I go to this location, WITHOUT FAIL, I am standing at the counter longer than the people in there ordering. Every single time. For like 10 months now. Get your shit together so I can stop having my whole lunch break ruined by spending the entire time in your store.

The place was swarming with gnats and other flying bugs that were on and in the food tubs. You could see mold on the drink machines and the flying insects circling them. There was a bug crawling in my sandwich before it was made, so instead of deciding not to eat again, I asked for them to make it over. They asked why and seemed confused as to why. Then they offered to change the top bun, I asked for them to just replace the entire sandwich since it had already crawled under the bun and onto the meat. The sandwich was good, I just wish it were cleaner. The location is also small, so it's probably not best for heavy traffic.

Not nausea inducing but substandard and yet at the same time overpriced compared to other LOCAL spots. I hate that they only have iceberg lettuce. Even subway has upped their game there. Go to groobys too, island bagel and deli, Dominick’s, slider bar, squat and gobble, Alvin ords, almost anywhere else. Even Publix ha s them beat. Don’t get why jersey mikes, jimmy johns, and the others even have a presence here, there are too many other options that crush this disappointing chain. BOO.?

This is the worst location. I have ordered online twice and each time they have put oregano on my sandwich and I say no oregano. Then my sandwich is dry. They do not put mayo, mustard. Olive oil. Or vinegar on sandwich. Everytime you call the phone is busy like they got the phone off the hook!!

Don’t shop here, especially for online app orders. Completely dysfunctional. Waste of time, poor management, needs serious improvements.

This is the second I used Door Dash to order from this location, I had specified both times no mayo. Both sandwiches loaded up on mayo. Tried to call the store with this last order directly after ordering, I was asked if I could hold. Over 4 minutes later, I was still on hold. I hung up and called back, of course busy signal. They had tied up all lines so no one could get through. This is a shame. The Jersey Mike I ordered from at work I have no problems. This location needs serious help with customer service and following directions.

We love Jersey Mike’s and coming from the North we were very happy they were here. But when ordering on line you still wait a very long time to get your food. It’s never ready when you pick up.

Had a wonderful experience. Walked in and was greeted. I felt at ease and the food was wonderful.

Not worth the money. I was disappointed when I got my order a small amount of turkey 5 thin slices on a giant turkey and cheese. The staff look nice in their uniform.

28.00 for a sub is ridiculous. Never again. Now I know why there are no prices on menu. Same sub at Publix for 10.00 ,7.99when on sale.
