Just had lunch in there today soda machine is not working. Employee gave me a story saying they had zero CO2 then also no sweet tea or unsweet tea which is really odd. A customer told me they had a bad inspection not too long ago and got hit on the drink bar so I guess they’re going through problems did not have any Pepsi zero in bottles very disappointed however this was the same thing happened three weeks ago when I was there for lunch, probably will not go back.

We love jersey mikes but today parking lot was closed so it was an adventure to get there. Go to order and the two women working upfront said no hot sandwiches no compassion or ETA just nothing hot. As they were cooking something hot currently. I have worked in Customer service my entire life. That was the worst customer service! This was around 11am today. We left and they said nothing. We had three sandwiches to order. Only one of them was our favorite hot sandwich. They didn’t just loss out on money today. They lost a a faithful customer.

Unless you feel like waiting for the order to be made after you walk in , dont bother. Made an online order , arrived 5 mins after scheduled online pickup confirmation. Order was not done . Staff had a dumb founded look . When they finally realized it wasn't done , they made it . I informed them had my credit card not been charged I would have just walked out. I asked if a manager was around and the guy who assisted me implied that the manager was slow and that's why the order was not done.

Got 4 subs on our way to Hilton Head. The food was decent, but the place had nothing but stacked chairs and tables everywhere. The Gen Z workers talked like communication was rocket science and didn't understand the order at first. OK experience. The food is the only thing holding together this review. Going to Firehouse next time.

Matthew and Riley were super helpful and Hospitable! I felt like i was being treated as someone who they have known forever in our short interaction! Both of them are fantastic faces to see when you walk in the store!

I will never go back. The person taking my order, also cutting deli meats, was beyond rude. I ordered a sub and started to say what I wanted on it. He literally yelled at me to say it wasn't his job. Obnoxious, horrible person who should never be in front of customers again. I like Jersey Mikes but will travel miles farther to another location rather than be abused by a horroble customer service rep.

Great sandwiches but it seems the last two times I visted they got the toppings wrong. I know they are in a hurry but they need to listen and document better. Otherwise, I have faith they will get it right.
