I placed a mobile order and my boyfriend picked it up.When he returned, I immediately noticed my protein cold foam was missing, which is an additional $2 charge! I then had to go all the way back to the store myself and politely ask for a remake. I waited for the remake and when I got it I was disappointed yet again. There was not even an half inch of cold foam on the top, more like 1/4 of an inch! NOT worth $2. safe to say I’m very disappointed and will not be returning. the drink was almost $9 and I feel as though it was not made up to standard. To add, I have ordered the same drink at other locations and did not have this issue.

This Starbucks is very well run, and usually has everything together. On a humorous note, today, their grinder was down… so NO COFFEE! Starbucks continues to migrate to non coffee related drinks and foods… so maybe one day a grinder won’t matter. But for me, I come to Starbucks for the coffee!

I came on the day of the Red Cup promotion, ordered the holiday promotion drink, and they didn’t give me the cup. I went back to ask about the cup, and they told me it should have been given with the drink, and if it wasn’t given, they couldn’t do anything about it.

This was my favorite Starbucks until a worker disrespected me. She used the bathroom while keeping the door unlocked then yelled and blamed me for opening the door. And yelled at me again when someone else opened what should have been a locked door.
