Disrespected by the cashier at 9:30 today 8/1/25. I layed $10 dollar bill on the counter to pay for my order. She demanded that I put the $10 dollar bill in her hand! Wish I had the womans name. I will never go back.

Just ordered a hamburger and an unsweetened iced tea from Wendy’s through the drive-through. When I went to pay the cashier, confirmed my order, I paid for it and moved onto the pick up window. The girl B/F Working the window was obviously high and looked completely confused. She handed me my iced tea with the lid half off, and I confirmed with her that the ice tea was unsweetened, and she said yes. Then she serve me my burger, I looked in the bag and there was no straw. I asked her may have a straw and she looked at me and literally her eyes were slits and she said “ I forgot a straw” and then handed me one. I don’t know what the hell is going on, who hires these people fast food is a service-based industry, and it completely sucks. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would fire everybody and start over again.

Not everyone likes to give a review when the service is good. But the cashier Shaquita was an example of how service should be. She was courteous, kind, considerate, she smiled the entire time and said for me to be safe. It's hard nowadays to even get a smile and a thanks, but she went above and beyond. Thanks to Shaquita and this Wendy's. Only compliments here!

Cold fries by more cold fries with an attitude. 'I already replaced them once.' I said yes with more cold fries. The third order of fries were barely warm. I guess hot food is too much to ask for.
