Very bad experience today 2/9/2024. Stopped in for breakfast (this was our second time dining there) the service was terrible. Husband wanted ketchup and mustard for his omelet I wanted an order of toast. Waitress said we don't have mustard and the toast came after we ate our omelette s. Husband said look at this plate, her remark was we have 4 people and one toaster. Will not return
Our waitress Haley was phenomenal. She has a kind soul and was a delight; our interaction with her as our waitress made our day. When I offered to venmo her directly for the tip because I wanted all of the gratuity to go to her, she insisted I pay through my debit card because she wasn't okay with keeping the money from the rest of the staff. What a model person. The food was delicious and the rest of the staff was great too. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. Took 30 minutes to get food. Asked for plastic silverware, watched server go on to have a conversation while drinking her drink, completely ignored my ask. Then when I had to speak loud enough to be heard an attitude was caught and I was told I would pay 75cents for plastic cutlery when what was given to me was dirty. Very offensive. Then I told the server I no longer wanted my food and was told I had to pay since it was brought to table...I think not....Then the boss and servers continued to be messy and loud about the situation.Just Awful...

I've been here a few times and the food is good. Service was okay but this particular time the last time I went the service was super horrible. I waited 45 minutes. I went and paid for my went and paid for the tea. And it took 45 minutes for the food to come up. But I did not get the food I paid for the tea and walked out
Sat there for a hour today 9/15/2023 . Watch people come in after us got their food but all the African Americans were waiting on food still !!!! THESE PEOPLE CAME IN AFTER US AND GOT SERVED BEFORE US AND THE GUY THERE ( RIDICULOUS) !! Never goin back and gettin on Facebook to talk about this

Took a long time to get an order of chicken fingers and a hot dog. The hot dog bun was soaking in water. The "chili" on top was just ground beef. The fries and chicken breading were unseasoned.

It's hit or miss. I ordered stewed tomatoes on grits and got tomato soup/paste. The drive-thru staff is so nice though. No manager available when I called back. Also, if using CC there's an additional charge that they don't tell you about. I inquired about signage and said it was ordered but no signage still.

So good. Each day has a different limited menu, but everything is homemade and so yummy. The service was excellent. We were just passing thru, but we will stop if ever this way again.
