Based on the reviews, Dukes Bar-B-Que is a family-owned restaurant serving a good down-home buffet. The all you can eat buffet is a great spot for a satisfying meal at a good price. The food is flavorful and comforting, with some of the best fried chicken, featuring a wonderful crunch with the right amount of seasoning. The tender BBQ pork could use more smoke, but they mix up chunks of pork with the chopped pork. All of the usual sides are good, with standout baked beans and slaw, delicious mac and cheese and greens, and addictive hush puppies with just enough sweet. The hash and rice is a favorite. The bar is well stocked with fresh hot food, including BBQ Skins. The facility is clean with friendly folks and associates on hand to help. The dining area sits in the path of the entrance, so it can feel a bit busy at times.
