It was really, really nice to you have a bag that had a normal amount of napkins and the sauces that I had ordered, my fries were filled to inappropriate level, and my sandwich was perfect. I ordered through delivery, and fast food is iffy in this case, they did the absolute most. Everything was perfect.
The wife picked up a wagu burger, So I can't comment on the service or the atmosphere. But I do know wagu when I taste it, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that Arby's would follow up on their promise for such a high quality sandwich.

Best fish sandwich I ever had. Wonderful staff too. I came to window in drive thru to get order, the young lady gave me cheese sauce. I asked her is tarter sauce yellow. She fell out laughing and replaced the sauces. Sooo funny. Keep up the good work.
