Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I stopped here for the 1st time ever. Placed an order for an 8-piece family meal. I added an additional mashed potato & red beans & rice. Because I had to repeat my order -- several times, even while at the window -- I didn't check it when it was passed to me. The drive-thru line was long & I didn't want to hold other people up. HUGE mistake -- traveled all the way home, which is in another town, before I was able to peek in the bag to see that the biscuits I should've received with the meal were not provided. I called the restaurant off & on for 30 minutes -- each time receiving a busy signal that abruptly cuts off the call. The food is decent. The service is subpar.

Nothing was good about this location. The biscuits were stale, the chicken was not crunchy at all. I received the wrong side and had to wait over 40 minutes for my order. Do better.

Chicken wasn't fresh and was full of grease, fries wasn't hot. When traveling thru town to find Popeyes and get that kind of food is disappointing. Will never stop there again when traveling thru Orangeburg.

Received wrong mobile order in drive thru at 9:30 pm, 30 minutes before closing.

Love that chicken sandwich from Popeyes.

Only because I can't rate them a zero ordered on uber eats my order clearly said buffalo dipping sauce for my tenders and
ranch for my garlic parm nugs didn't get a single sauce for either I guess when you have a 3rd grade reading level the details don't matter and I guess bone in and boneless don't mean anything to someone who can't read it I hate that I had to order from THIS Popeyes because usually they have their shit together but I guess this is one that slipped through the cracks

Super slack and very rude! Need to hire new people!!

I ordered 2 pc combo with mashed potatoes, drink and 2 pies.
When I got home NO mashed potatoes.
$16.32. The window person should at least check to see if the order is complete.

Purchased a three piece special and the chicken wasn't cooked. It still had blood in it. Very disappointed in this because I love this establishment. If it wasn't $5 I would have gone back but I was already home. I wish there was an option to post a picture.

It's a bad place to want food their slow especially for door dash .They move door dash tickets to the back of the line in all this place needs new staff

The young ladies working there were really great (went out of there way for us). The food was very good. The bathrooms however needed plumbing and cleaning.
