This place is great. Very friendly staff and delicious food await inside. I don't think you can really go wrong with anything here, but I can attest to the delicious-ness of the curry goat, ox tails, candied yams , plantains, and peas and rice. Looking forward to my next trip through Orangeburg to go here again.
I was blown away with the flavor of the dish. It was amazing. The portion was huge for my stomach. The staff member that helped me was kind, but did not seem to be in a rush to serve. I ordered oxtail with rice and peas, cabbage and plantains times two meals to go. This is a hidden gem and I will return.
So I’m from New York City and I tried their food two days ago. Not gonna lie, I was like, “I know this food is about to be trash”. Being from NYC, we automatically think food outside of our city is trash! So I ordered the Oxtails, rice and peas and candied yams.
