Several menu items were sold out. The ladies room was not working properly. One stall was out of order and the other was stuffed with paper towels. When the towels were removed the toilet leaked with each flush. It was nasty.

Tried to go to the bathroom before ordering but the bathrooms were a disaster! Told the personnel which looked busy with the orders and did not respond so we left to go to a different restaurant with clean, not flooded bathrooms.

While traveling I 26 on April 7 around 3pm we stopped in to get something to eat. I wanted a tacos salad and was told the chili was cold then I asked for a baked potato, but the chili was cold and they couldn't do it I then asked for unsweetened iced tea which I then was told there was none. I was also told there was no Coke, Sprite,or Root Beer to be had. There were no napkins out for use and only forks to use. I then had to use the restroom and it was the dirtiest I've been in any fast food place. The hallway to the restroom smelled after urine and the hand sinks had containers underneath to catch the water leaking from the sink. My wife went to the ladies room and said it had dirt all over. Overall it was the worst fast food restaurant I have ever seen. By the way my wife once worked for Wendy's many years ago and was very disappointed.

They have got to be the SLACKEST Wendy’s I’ve ever saw. I never saw a fast food restaurant that always has a problem!! Their system is ALWAYS down now today they’re not taking orders until after the eclipse. Just shut it down already!!!

It was absolutely horrible. We stopped to go to the bathroom and that was the closest place. When we walked toward the front door we saw a bullet hole through the front door. Already a red flag. We went in anyways and went into the bathroom. The floor was covered with piss. My mom went to lay toilet paper down but It was soaked with piss as well. The smell was horrid. They didn’t even clean the piss up, they just put a “caution wet” floor sign. Like I saw in another review, three workers were sitting down not caring at all for their job. This poor girl was taking the line all by herself in one cashier even though there were 3 other girls that could have helped her. If I could give this spot a 0 stars I really would. Do better.

If I could give a negative I would. This establishment should be closed and renovated from the ground to the leadership. Wait?? Is there even Leadership?? On two separate occasions, my family has experienced the worse service. One at Drive thru, they paid for the food and was asked to pull down and someone would bring them the food. No one came with the food and a refund had to be given. The staff had a very bad attitude. Kudos to you for coming to work, but DO THE WORK!. The second occasion was a walk into the establishment and waited for someone to assist them. The workers kept walking back and forth not taking orders and when my family member decided to walk out, that is when someone came to the front.... NO THANKSDO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABILISHMENT... SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENGERY...PLEASE REVAMP THIS PLACE IMMEDIATELY.

This place was absolutely filthy. There was a puddle of water on the floor right by the door and instead of someone cleaning it up they just placed a cone. The coke machine was filthy, almost every table was dirty. No paper towels in the bathroom. We were tired and hungry on the road or we would have went somewhere else.
Layla was working the front counter. She is very pleasant and efficient.It was very busy inside dining and at the drive thru.She should be recognized as an outstanding employee.

1 of all the food was soggy and weird tasting!2 the men’s bathroom had no lock to lock the door!. 3 the wait in the drive thru at least took 30 minutes!!! 4 the only thing great about this place was the lady at the drive thru was very positive and and helpful?

Stopped here on March 27th 2024 about 2:00 to get a to go order after using the restroom.when I came up to the counter I saw no one behind the counter to wait on people. I assumed they were in the back and would be up shortly. After a couple of minutes my wife walked up and asked where everyone was at. A young guy walks out around the counter and said I will be right back. He walked outside. My wife said let’s go. I don’t want to eat here. We waited maybe 3 or 4 more minutes. When I turned to walk out, I saw three girls with Wendy’s shirts sitting in the dining area. They all looked lazy and uninterested in working and the guy that walked out verified they all worked there. I asked why they didn’t get up and wait on someone. He said I don’t know, rolled his eyes and walked off.
