By far the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a fast food place. I understand working customer service can be stressful at times with certain customers, but for the employee themselves to display such a lack of care is blatantly unacceptable, as they were having a conversation with a friend via FaceTime while working on taking our order, and swiftly walking away before even concluding the transaction. If you enjoy waiting in line while employees call for the one employee who can use the use the register, but she is busy making food, you can wait a long time here. If you enjoy eating with the background sounds of employees screaming obscenities at one another, eventually escalating to punches being thrown, this is a great place to visit. The food is good. The service at this Wendy's is faster than the other Wendy's in central OBurg but that's not saying much... For some reason the Wendy's in this town just serve food. Not Fast food. Just food.
