Hi! I would love to get a message to the owner of this Zaxby’s location. My family just ate lunch there and we had a great experience! Benjamin took our order and when we told him our 5 year old had severe food allergies, we asked if he could just get him a pack of the kids graham crackers because that’s the only thing he could eat from the restaurant. Ordered a wings & things and a flavored water… Employees are very rude!
Received my order wrong. I received wings with no chicken tenders and a sparkling water. Did not check order until I got home. Was very disappointed when I learned what they have done. Called back up there and was told that they would make a group chat with the managers for my next trip back up there to receive my 3 tenders. What a joke!!!
