Ordered online. Door dash. Forgot part of order. Two salads - No dressing for them. No sauces for the chicken fingers meals or extra sauces paid for. One order wrong - $70 for total order - order was to arrive 940 or so. 1020 arrival finally due to slow drive through. Got the frozen strawberry lemonade also. Was completely watered slush if that. Live roaches in the dining room.
Encountered the absolute worst experience on 7/20/24. Placed an online order which was incorrect and encountered a manger named Stephanie who informed me they were too busy to address my concerns and placed me on hold until the call disconnected. Then after my husband going inside our order was still INCORRECT. Called back and spoke with a manger named Will who was the epitome of disappointment.
