Bill's Grill is an awesome hidden gem in Patrick. The place was packed on a Saturday, but the staff was friendly, and the food was great. The pimento cheese burger, low country special, and hot dog with chili, mustard, and onions were all favorites among the diners. The tater tots and award-winning chili were also standouts. Despite the lack of ambiance, Bill's Grill offers an excellent dining experience.
