Local Eat Drink Celebrate

This place has the best espresso martini and fried tofu I’ve ever had in my life. My meat eating and wine drinking family enjoyed what they had as well! This place is so good, we came here twice on our short stay in Murrel’s Inlet. 10/10. I’ll be dreaming of these two things until we come back next year. Lacie is also a great, professional, kind, and considerate server. She deserves all the accolades. The family area is less busy but great for those with kids. We love this place!!

This place is fantastic. Farm to table where possible, highly focused on sourcing everything local. Food was outstanding, service amazing, great drinks. We will be back.

We spend a good part of the year in Litchfield. Thrilled to find a casual alternative to a lot of other places. Yes Frank's is amazing, Rustic Table is great, but this place is just plain fun WITH great food, great drinks and a great vibe. Was not expecting this from a restaurant near the shops. Well done friends. Also major points for the good tunes. Phish, Grateful Dead.. yes, vibes.

Food is always good as well as the wait staff. There is an HVAC air return up above the liquor display in the dining room that is grossly NASTY. For God sakes clean it I cannot unsee it.🤬

Food, service and atmosphere were great. Located behind the hammock shop. Among all the fried offerings- there is a Brewers Barley Bowl which is terrific. Easy to enjoy and delicious. A huge serving too- enough for lunch the next day! Would definitely go back. The homemade homecut potato chips are MUCH better than the. French fries.

There were only a few vegan options but the bowl I ordered was outstanding. I added tofu which I’d say is a must. The bar staff was friendly and they had a nice local hazy on tap that I loved. The Neg: Wish there were more options but appreciate they had some. The dining area was a bit vibeless. They close pretty early. Updated from previous review on 2026-04-06

We had the best celebration lunch for my daughter and her friend that is graduating medical school! Local was so kind sitting us in a private area, the food was outstanding and Lauren, our server was perfect. We had a mix of appetizers and sandwiches with a huevos rancheros thrown in🤪. We love it here and tell everyone to visit. We always enjoy the food, music and atmosphere. The service is amazing.

We ate here for the first time today and everything we had was exceptionally good! Lauren, our waitress was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She told us the specials and some of her favorites when my husband asked what we should get.
I had the chicken club and added a scallop and both were really good We ended with peanut butter pie that was also just as amazing. Two other people, possibly managers? Also stopped by to make sure everything was good. From the host opening the door when we arrive to the person who cleared our plates, everyone was super friendly and made sure all was well.

We love local! Warm welcome always from Briar, best drinks poured by Brandon and the best service from Logan! Shout out in the kitchen for mouth watering eats. Thank you for yet another wonderful visit and making this mamas birthday a special one!
If you haven't yet, try the espresso martini and the pork chop! The sweet potato hash as well as the risotto is amazing! Best around!
