I asked for egg fried rice only and they put everything in the rice but the egg, also ask for Chicken lo mein and got something completely different that had shrimp in it, these meals didn't even come with egg rolls in the sweet and sour chicken was refried. It's more grease than chicken disgusting this place is really gone to hell

Husband has been getting take out since this place opened. He says food is good one time and bad the next. No consistency. I don’t get anything for myself for the fact of the woman there is one of the nastiest rudest people I have EVER dealt with. I have gone out of my way to compliment her just to see what she would do. And as I figured she just gives me the same cold stare. Tonight was the last straw. It’s gotten where I have had to ask for a fortune cookie. She begrudgingly grabs one and throws it in the bag. Tonight I asked for one and she barks at me 10 cents!! I said excuse me? She said 10 cents apiece. I handed her a quarter and she so graciously threw three in the bag. Mind you, their prices are already sky high. Then to be so cheap to charge for a fortune cookie is absurd. I only asked for one. I told my husband I would ch0ke him out if he ever thought of spending another penny in there. I would drive to Augusta first. This woman needs a lesson in customer service. I’ve been experiencing this same thing since they opened. It’s not anything specific to make her act like this. It’s just who she is. I’d love to see her out of business but people will continue to patronize this place. Minus this customer though!! I’ll never go again!!

Rude service. We are replacing you with China House. First time we ordered, we paid $75 and they got our order wrong. Last time they were rude to my child because she couldn't understand what the lady at the counter said. Your customer service skills lack! Lost someone who would've became a regular because of your nasty attitude!

I made an online order and asked if there was a minimum amount that needed to be purchased in order to use a debit card and whoever answered the phone told me no, but you cannot pay over the phone. We will slide your card when you get there when I arrived they refused to let me use my debit card because my purchase was under $10. I said when I called I asked if there was a minimum purchase And the person who answer said no it was the female cashier who other people have said are not very friendly she just kind of stared me down so I left without my food after I had driven there that is just such bad business and their eggrolls are so good
