“I went here by myself on a Friday mid afternoon before the crowds came in. the food was fresh and very good. the young man I spoke to is part of the family that owns the restaurant and runs it and he was absolutely delightful. highly recommend you go for authentic food in a buffet style. the drive is worth the food!”

“Surprise birthday cake, rose and raspberry flavored. It was *so delicious* and beautifully done. Sam's piping was perfect, clean lines, and additionally, she wrote the birthday message in German. Highly recommend her and super glad my mom found her. We'll be back! Thank you!!”

“I live in California and come home about 3 times a year. You can get boiled peanuts anywhere but not like these! These are the best peanuts I have ever had. I was born and raised in South Carolina so I’ve had a lot of peanuts. But when I come home I will only eat Hoods Boiled Peanuts. Both flavors are Amazing!!!”
