Food is perfect for when I’m heading into work. Very similar to subway. They do get busy and because of that it’s rare that I can call in to place my order in advance which I like to do. It is located in a gas station which could be good or not so good depending on what kind of atmosphere you’re looking for. Overall, it’s a convenient place to grab a quick , healthy meal.

Overall the food is good. I’ve been going here a long time. However, the last two times I’ve Went I’ve been greeted with nasty looks and poor customer service. This location really needs to work on their staff and their attitudes. One of the times went they have closed early and said they weren’t taking any more orders. The second time I went, I walked in and was told it would be a while because they were deep cleaning hours before closing, which resulted in me walking out due to them, taking their sweet time and just staring at me. I do not like this customer service and I won’t be going back there until something is changed, And I hate to say that Considering i’ve been here for years.

Substation 2 is always my favorite sandwich shop. I was excited to find this location, but will not likely return. Two young female employees ignored me a first, then seemed to have an attitude about serving me. Not the usual! One basically barked at me because she couldn't hear me through the glass partition. Eye contact may have helped there! Sandwich OK, salad missing ingredients. Won't return to this location.

I ate at the Subway last week and everything was fine. Went there today to grab a sandwich a Reuben on rye. The meat was at the end cut and had lots of fat and gristle almost made me puke to eat it. The center was cold!
My husband brought me in for lunch while we were on the road today, and the staff was delightful and having fun, and the sandwiches were gigantic and delicious. I'd definitely stop again if we're driving through Pelion, and would recommend to anyone wanting a delicious deli sub served with a smile!

walked in and had rude service from the get go. slammed the food around, having attitudes. ice machine said “no ice” but was still coming out so we continued to get our ice. got told with a rude tone “can you read it says the machine is out?” i work at fast food as well, i understand things get frustrating but we for one don’t catch attitudes with our customers (regulars or not) and when anything is out, we have the COMMON COURTESY to refill it. got our food and went to the car. we wanted cookies so i went back and asked for two. girl put it them in the bag and threw it on the counter. only been there that one time and will never go back. we called and asked to speak to the assistant manager and the girls said “if you’re one of the girls who just left we’ll meet you up here at 9 and handle it in the parking lot”. called back today and spoke to an actual assistant manager who was very nice and apologized. she said she’d call me back but i haven’t heard anything. wouldn’t recommend.
